They said they had to do a hard re-set that they failed to do when we picked up the phone. After about 2 weeks with the 17 air, i started getting notices that my screen wasn't recognized as an apple screen so it didn't want to auto open with facial recognition. About a week later, i had 2 solid white lines going vertically down my screen. The screen was no sign of damage so the only explanation is their screen replacement. I took my phone back to them and they said all they could do is give me a discount to fix the screen after i paid them $250 the first time. DON'T go to them. They charge way too much and do a shabby job.

They told me it would be ready at 5:30 PM the same day. When I returned at 5:30 PM, they said it wasn't ready because they didn't have the glue they needed. They asked me to come back at 12:00 PM the following day and assured me it would definitely be ready. I rearranged my schedule to be there, but when I arrived at 12:40 PM, my laptop wasn't even in the store. The employee told me they had taken it somewhere else because they were afraid to open the keyboard at the shop. No one had called or texted me, even though they had my phone number. A simple phone call would have saved me an unnecessary trip. I was then told I would have to wait another two hours. I explained that I had many other things to do, but I ended up waiting anyway. Around 3:00 PM, someone else--not even the technician, but apparently a friend of his--finally brought my laptop to the Walmart parking lot. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for customers' time was unacceptable. They repeatedly failed to meet the times they promised and never bothered to let me know. If your repair is delayed, the least you can do is notify your customer. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

My screen had minor cracks in it before, and I say minor because the screen was fully functioning albeit cracked. Upon return to me the front screen was missing CHUNKS, misaligned, jagged and sharp and no longer worked at all. The employee told me that the phone was "Unpreparable" and needed replacement, he even said that the front screens on the folds can be "very difficult". This led to me having to be on hold with the insurance agency for more than an hour and arguing with them about why I shouldn't have to pay the $400 deductible for a replacement. The service from both the employees was polite, nothing about them was unprofessional in general etiquette and interaction. Though if the employees would of informed me before that they would not be able to do the service instead of breaking my phone even further and shrugging about it... I wouldn't be leaving this review. Not only that when he told me the repair was "difficult" that states that he knew before he started that he may not of been able to do the service. Just say something to the customer and save yourself the trouble. There is no shame in knowing the limits of your abilities, especially if it pertains to an expensive item in need of repair. The shame is breaking the item further and having to nonchalantly present an "oh well" attitude about somebodies hard earned property being in worse condition than they left it for repair.

They were very quick and efficient. I've had to leave my phone an entire day in the past with other businesses for screen replacement. So this experience was definitely ideal!
