When you have a client in the chair getting their haircut, remember they are paying for a service, when they are in the chair its their time. You want to chat with co-workers do so, but don't stop cutting my hair and turn and chat with the co-worker. And if you must chat can you maybe complete the task at a volume level not at a level that you would if you were working in say a Steel Mill? I have never not tipped 30% when I come here, because very few places know how to cut a High & Tight and not make you look like Moe from the 3 stooges. But my only issue is the volume of communication with co-workers and taking time from my time getting a service completed. Other than that I would highly recommend this location for their Hair Cutting SKILLS.

I don't know the guys name but when i walked in he made me take my shirt off because it was "too high" when it really wasn't. Seconds into the hair cut he slapped me on the head with a brush. He PUSHED MY HAIRLINE SO FAR BACK, then after he did he sat there and tried to argue with me. Then when the time came it like he joked about pushing it back further with the razor. Terrible experience. Like how are you gonna argue with someone who knows their hair better than anyone? Now i have to be embarrassed to go out in public for the next two weeks because my forehead is huge now and my hair line is crooked. If you choose to go to this shop ONLY LET FRANKLIN TOUCH YOUR HAIR. That other guy needs to practice his approach towards customers who are paying him, and needs 1,800 more hours of barber school because HE SUCKS. This was my graduation hair cut and i'm beyond happy that I had to wear a cap to cover this terrible cut. Sorry to Frank that I have to write this review, but that other guy needs to go through an another evaluation, he's bad for your business. I am still unsure if i'll ever be coming back.

Seems like some of these barbers(not all) have a sense of entitlement and do not care about customer satisfaction or respect in a professional setting. You don't disrespect people especially in front of their children. The behavior was inappropriate and if was a shop owner I would be ashamed and doing my best to rectify the situation. I'm completely blown away that he didn't even touch the top. The sides are straggling and uneven. When he told me he's finished I was blown away because he hadn't even worked on the top yet. Biggest shortcut I've ever seen with a haircut. Very lazy and uncaring. I love that JD, the owner, has his own private suite and only allows one person at a time. You must book an appointment online. You text when you arrive. He tells you when to meet him at the door, and he walks you in.
