Cut and removed 1 large elm tree and three spruce trees. I also asked him to raise the limbs on…read morethree maple trees so that the lawn guy would not have to duck down to avoid hitting them while mowing. Instead of just trimming them he removed several large branches basically ruining their appearance. Left way too many large chunks of wood from stump grindings. The good: Impressive equipment and crew size, very quickly went to work cutting down large maple, the man in the lift was very impressive at maneuvering around cutting limbs before cutting main trunk. The man operating the vehicle feeding the limbs into the chipper was impressive as well. The bad: destroyed the appearance of my two maple trees by deck, were supposed to raise so that my lawn guy could mow under them without hitting his head, instead they totally removed main branches totally changing the trees appearance and removing our shade in late afternoon. Left a mess of roots and chipped wood after I had paid an extra $500 to have that removed.

Fast forward to now and we had a bird break a panel and accessed our soffit vents. I called Real1 Construction and Jason came out again identified then bird damage in about 20 minutes. Only two days later and under an hour of work our bird damage was replaced. Again it was a fast and positive experience for us. Would highly recommend Real1 Construction if you need roof work. Thankfully, we had David out earlier to take care of our older trees and didn't have any serious issues. However, David made a point to come by after the tornado to make sure we were okay. While he was here, he took care of a couple of broken branches we couldn't reach and refused to charge us for it. That is the definition of ultimate customer service.

We really enjoyed working with Master Solutions and I would 100% recommend them for work…read more We had an aging front porch with a structurally questionable foundation. I had multiple contractors come out to give us quotes. Most wanted to tear down and rebuild the porch completely (to the tune of $30k+). Others didn't even get back to us (summer 2020 was a busy time for contractors). Eder and the team at Master Solutions put together a proposal that included shoring up the foundation of the porch, giving it a facelift with new railing and flagstone floor, all new walkways in the front, and a new concrete driveway. They also installed a rain catchment system that diverts water from our gutters to a dry well in the backyard, so we don't have massive puddles in our yard anymore! We were able to do so much more with Master Solutions for about the same price that other contractors quoted for just a new porch. We're so happy with our new driveway, walkway, and porch! They did a great job and worked with us to make the final project even better with small suggestions along the way. Eder (the owner) was involved from start to finish and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Great company, great crew!
