Simple and delicious (does not mean simple to make!). The food is high flavor and meticulous execution. We had cucumber salad, sticky rice, Lao sausages with jaeow maak len (tomato salsa) and jaeow maak phet (roasted chili salsa). We also had the greens and corn bread with a chimichurri. Excellent.
