And he never got frustrated with me and always got back to me quickly. We only had one problem with the kick board which was replaced immediately. Their was much back and forth by email between myself and the designer Mimi and the resulting plan was just what I needed. The first kitchen which I needed for Thanksgiving ran into a snag with a hurricane which knocked out the power for a week. The installer completed the job with hand tools working only with natural daylight. My sister also had her kitchen done and is very happy with it.
