We then agreed to paint the second home (select interiors) for $1,000. When the job was done I paid him assuming everything was up to satisfaction, which was my mistake. When my tenants arrived (first to the home) they were met with random off-color streaks throughout the home. It is one thing to paint a whole wall close to a color, but a whole other level of laziness to just paint over select affected areas to leave the home looking like a horror show. After multiple attempts to encourage Abilio to do the right thing and work with me on renovating a clearly terrible job, he refused.
