We only had one problem with the kick board which was replaced immediately. Their was much back and forth by email between myself and the designer Mimi and the resulting plan was just what I needed. The first kitchen which I needed for Thanksgiving ran into a snag with a hurricane which knocked out the power for a week. The installer completed the job with hand tools working only with natural daylight. My sister also had her kitchen done and is very happy with it.

After several months and not getting anywhere I am forced to write this. There are several issues, but I will just highlight the main ones here: 1) Puddling in the driveway post their work. We never had puddles before. We now have very large puddles, even after a light rain (see exhibit A); 2) I am not sure about the quality of their asphalt; I don't think I have ever seen plants push up through newly poured asphalt; maybe if there were crack but a brand new driveway (see exhibit B); 3) They actually paved around a stump, which I alerted them to the fact shortly after they finished paving but to no avail. In addition, when they arrived to template the countertop I advised Hector that I had a butcher block insert for the sink, of which I showed him and he said no problem, well the butcher block did not fit in the sink insert when they installed it. Lastly, the newly taped walls were scratched upon installation as well. I will not utilize or recommend Douro Granite and Marble LLC in the future.

My contractor bought them from BBS several years ago. After an initial diagnostic visit two months ago (for which I was charged $250), it has been radio silence ever since. The person responsible at BBS NEVER returns my messages or replies to my emails. Others at the store have told me my parts are on order and the guy responsible will update me, but he never does. It's a terrible customer experience; really terrible. As of now I am out $250, still need repairs, and am getting absolutely no proactive communication from BBS. If I could have gone elsewhere for service, I would have.
