Still have not heard from any associated with JRMC or a rep from the hospital. I received a bill from the ambulance company. JRMC know they are in the wrong .... I never received a bill! The dr was stupid, I had to tell him to tun a test for a possible UTI, never was told results, and he prescribed me the exact medication I told him I could not take. Incompetent! Add an a$$h01e "detective/off duty cop" with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove, Mr. Crosby, and you can see the circus that ensued. They had the audacity to send me a follow-up "how did we do" survey, from the CEO or whoever he is. I was more than happy too! Never heard a word back. Do not go here... you are better off driving to an out of town hospital. Unless you just have a death-wish! read more

The only reason my husband was in this hospital is because they claim it was the only one that had a bed. I can see why they had beds. No one wants to go there. The staff is terrible and the entire systems for rural areas is terrible. Will not go there unless it is a life or death situation read more

I went to jrmc beacause i had a fissured butt ox and it was very painfull. The hospital is very clean and beautiful. They said that i should be sent to a mental facility what every that means. I had a very nice experience apart from they stuck there finger into my butthole and i moanded...OH DADDY DOCTER HAVE MERCY ohhhh yesss wondeful. read more

Do I have to give it 1 star? I was very unhappy with the horrible service. I felt like I was in a county hospital. The staff was walking around talking about other patients not really knowing what was going on, so unprofessional. They were just sticking people in rooms. This was so unorganized that I almost left but I needed medical attention, after all that's why I was there. I had nurses asking me if I was there patient, or if I was a patient at all. After that conversation, they decided to give me a gown so they can tell me apart from the rest. Someone came in to give me an IV, I asked why? he replied "That's a good question, let me find out". I was boiling hot by then and remind you I am still in pain. After spending hours there, I got discharged with no pain meds after I asked the doctor for some. I have NEVER SEEN ANYTHING SO UNORGANIZED. I came to the hospital in pain and left in pain. I better not get a bill. I wrote a letter while waiting to see a nurse or doctor. I will send it when I receive a bill. No bill, No letter............ This town is already pathetic, this just added to it. Do yourself a favor and drive to Little Rock or Memphis, you will be better off. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service, doctors could care less about their patients, more specifically a younger middle eastern doctor. When becoming irritated after being in a room for 4 hours and going out to ask what is going on we were accused of violent threats and the cops had to come to our room. I felt outraged. We were only here for a busted knee it really should not take that long to take care of us. Maybe they are under staffed because of the economy or could be some other reason but it is not acceptable for a hospital to run like that. I also had a previous experience with this hospital where my father came in for a simple procedure and it ended up they performed the procedure wrong and caused my father to have a stroke. If you want to come in here for something serious you might as well head to the local meat butcher because they both do the same thing. Someone like the attorney general or department of health services should more than definitely check up on this place. read more

I hate to even give 1 star. My friend was on the 3rd. floor with Parkinson's Disease & laid in a bed for 4 days which is totally unbelievable for a Parkinson's patient. When I continued to question a nurse named Shannon I was told they could not get him up because they didn't have a walker. Within an hour I purchased his own personal walker & then her story changed to the Dr. has to order it!!! This was a piece of crap "hospital" where they do not care about patient care but whatever is easiest for the staff. Hopefully we will NEVER see the inside of that so called "hospital". Medical care at it's worst!!!! read more

Jrmc is the worst hospital their is they do not clean up their rooms and their buildings are very bad they leave stuff laying around. It's a unhealthy hospital it's not a good one to go to. read more
