I need to retract my statement a bit. A couple of the workers made a judgment call to call CPS on my daughter, I cannot and will not categorize everyone at this hospital as bad people. I don't hate nurse Shirley and Nurse Practioner Amy, I will just say they are human and made a bad call on a really good mom. I remembered," in order for me to be forgiven, I must forgive." I pray that they will not just rush to judgement in the near future and learn from that mistake. Did not receive an apology or anything from the hospital, but it's ok. God is so amazing. Be blessed.

Dr Patricia Mcgarry should not be allowed to administer services as crucial and delicate as medical care. We filled out all her paperwork (btw she won't see patients if they have Medicare or Medicaid that's the reason she previews applications) she accepts our private Ins. We secured the appt 5 days prior, on the day and time of my wife's appt she refused to see her , the doctor was in the office , she was seeing patients . But opted to not honor her obligation or exercise her oath that day. It is my firm belief that too many other motivations come before patient care with this person. Worse still she didn't even come to see us to personally give us her reason for not fulfilling the appt. Rather she hid behind her office staff and made those poor women take the blame. I had been in pain this time for five months, and even had days I couldn't step out of bed. Keely did my initial examine where she diagnosed what was thought to be the problem. From then she had me on a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises to help target the area of weakness and pain. She also gave me a series of stretches to do at home on my own. They made a scheduling error, charged me an incorrect copay, and threatened to call the police when I asked for a refund. An honest apology for the mistake & correcting it would have been enough but instead the office manager threatened me with calling the police saying I "verbally abused a healthcare professional". I didn't realize advocating for myself was verbal abuse. The doctor corrected it and refunded me, but the staffs behavior was completely unacceptable. To top it all off, they couldn't provide me with my last lab work done 6 months ago because they were having issues "logging into their account" & didn't show that I even came in 6 months ago in their systems. I had to provide them a receipt to show that I did come in and had my labs done. So who knows if my blood work that I was charged for 6 months ago was even seen/looked at by the doctor. I will not be back!
