A male employee treated me rudely, with apathy and yet seeing the soap, denied there was anything wrong with the carwash. All the while the soap was drying on my car which probably could damage the paint. He took a very long time in excess of 10 minutes to allow my car back in to rinse the soap and finish the carwash. It was windy and soap had already dried by this time. I observed him not paying attention to the problems with the carwash as my car was going though. Afterward he still denied the carwash had problems. I have used this carwash regularly so I am familiar with the cycles.

The coffee is ways fresh during the day and the cooler seems to be stocked just right. Everything seems to have a place and it always looks and smells so clean in there. The employees seem genuinely happy with their job and are always quick to lend a hand to any customer. This store was not that good until the past 6 months and it has really come up to par. Well. an eagle is more like it. ​​Lacy and Shawna are always very kind. Evenings seem hectic but the evening employees get the job done just as well as the morning. Lacy has been the first friendly face I see in the mornings lately and it has been so pleasant to be greeted with such a sweet heart.
