Called AAA and they tried to send another company tow truck out but I asked for Bates towing as well and their company tow truck came out in less than an hour, hooked it up and agreed they'd take a look at in on 10/19. The tow was on 10/18. We weren't sure when they would be able to get to the vehicle. This morning 10/19 we got a call telling us the starter was shot and a price for replacement. Before noon we got a call the car was done and my son could go out and pick it up. We're a couple hours away. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Turns out he's the third generation of this family-owned operation started by his grandfather. They have 12 different trucks, so they can handle a lot of different types of jobs.
