Messed up our car and refused to reimburse us when we told them they had messed up. In March they put new spark plugs and managed to create a leak in our oil tank so oil got in our engine. We are lucky we still have a working car at this point but still received no refund for the damage. It is too bad because we went here for everything for a full year. So I stopped in to have some rotors resurfaced; the guy tells me he hasn't done that before; has the equipment to do so but it's best I go to Autozone to have them resurfaced. That's great and all but autozone doesn't resurface rotors. I told him that and how I use to work there and he said yeah they do I can call now. For the hell of it I called autozone and no they don't resurface rotors. I don't quite understand why you'd even say you got the machinery required to do what I asked and then tell me to go elsewhere. I could understand if you were busy but there wasn't anything going on... now I see why. read more

Seriously, I could not say enough good things about Jr's. I had my brakes done here 2 years ago, and there was no problem at all. I didn't have anyone to pick me up, so the receptionist offered to give me a ride home. I was prepared to wait, but she was so gracious and kept saying it was no problem, I took her up on it. We had a lovely chat on the way. That was ~10 miles, one way. It could be nearly a gallon of gas! It was nice to be home to get a few things done until my car was ready in the early afternoon/ They were very professional and did the work for a fair price, I thought. I came here to check their hours and felt I should give them a glowing review. I now need my muffler/exhaust checked and probably replaced. I can think of no better place to go. After dealing with getting my tires done and attempted to be swindled at every angle to pay for things that aren't wrong with my car, I went into this place expecting the same bs while trying to get my alignment. They were fantastic. The alignment took a half hour tops and at the best price you can really find, and the guy working inside gave me really good advice on how to maintain my Corolla, as well as giving me advice on body work my car needed from a fender bender. Didn't try to tell me parts of my car were bad, were really honest and helpful. If any time I need to go back to get something done, I definitely won't hesitate. read more
