Supposedly, they did a Transmission Flush on my…read morecar. 10 months later, a certified mechanic of 30 plus years of experience did a complete & total drain on my transmission, reason for it was because of Check Engine light. Diagnostics was done. Pointed at transmission. Mechanic said there was no way I had a transmission flush in April of 2025. The fluid was so dirty and smelled bad. He also explained to me how a flush is done. What he explained was NOT done at this facility because I sat in the vehicle the entire time the service was done. The master mechanic said the plug where the transmission is drained did not have sealant tape around it stating the car had no transmission flush or any work done because the plug was as it left the dealership when the car was brand new. They duped me for over $300 (oil change included). I will NEVER return to this location. Also, they refer people to a shady mechanics shop just blocks south of them. I dealt with that particular shop. It is currently being watched as of this minute. No thanks, you got 2 businesses working together ripping people off just to make a couple of extra bucks, falsely stating work which was never done.

While the BBB'S "A+" rating is a good thing, I know from experience that there are many "A+" businesses that have had complaints filed with the BBB. What impressed me is that the business has been on file with the BBB for many years and that there have been NO COMPLAINTS on record against Nash's Auto. This, plus very favorable reviews here on Yelp and on Google led me to choose this company. While other shops could not get us in right away for the prepurchase inspection, Kyle had us in and out the next morning. The evaluation was very comprehensive in the inspection. I was impressed with how thorough they were in checking over everything needed to convince us that the car was truely as good as we hoped it was. I would recommend Nash's Auto based on this experience and would gladly use them again when there is the opportunity to do so.

This place that still has the Pennzoil signage displayed is less than half a mile from my mom's. Since it was a weekday afternoon, I lucked out and was next in line at the bay for a quick oil change. It really does take only about 10 minutes! They even checked the pressure in my tires for me which was great since I was heading back to Maryland the next day. He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop.
