It was close to closing time when I called but decided to give it a shot as I needed a door installed ASAP. To my surprise, Dorian answered the phone. I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge. The same day we received the estimate (which was fantastic), they were able to schedule the work. They did a tremendous job trimming branches off of about 10 trees. He listened to our concerns and did exactly what we needed. Not only were the trees trimmed and large branches and dead trunks removed, they raked the entire area and took every piece of debris with them and also helped with a couple of extra issues. By the time they left, aside from the property looking so much better, it looked like a ghost did the work. There wasn't one single branch left in the yard. The moment I inquired about availability, Chelsea the property manager was there to answer all of my 500 emails (sorry Chelsea!) and she found my the perfect unit, terrace and all. Dee the resident manager is my dog's favorite person in the building and is always around to help out, with a dog treat in hand. The front desk personnel are amazing too (kudos to Chip!), always a hello or good morning when you get off the elevator and when you return to the building it's always a "welcome home". They are so accommodating and always willing to help or answer a question. The building itself is immaculate, the gym is divided into separate sections for cardio, weights, machines, yoga and extremely clean. The free cup of coffee is a nice perk too! My fellow residents whether human or canine are extremely friendly too :) I couldn't be happier!
