When researching landscapers to fix the issue I found out that they do landscaping as well. I called to have them give an estimate for fixing the issue, and we could work something out. They said I needed to pay my last bill before they would even do an estimate. I explained that I had to have D-1 Delivered to stop the flooding that costs more then the final bill. I also explained that the first estimate to fix the grassy area was 1,200. So I will not be paying them unless they can work something out with fixing the issue. They called me today and threatened me on the phone (calling my husband's chain of command and taking me to court). She was extremely unprofessional and told me "If I had gotten off my Butt and cleared my own snow , "Like your husband told you to." then I wouldn't be in this predicament.
