She took the most romantic, dreamy engagement photos of us back in 2020 (pre COVID) and helped me (a naturally super awkward person) look and feel more natural and relaxed in front of the camera. On our eventual wedding day in 5/2023, she was the most calm, kind, lovely, and supportive presence. Trust me, you will be a nervous wreck, and you will want to know you are in the hands of a true professional who has worked hundreds if not thousands of weddings! She went so far above and beyond the call of duty, from fixing my broken bracelet (with a piece of fashion tape, which held up all night!) to getting me a much needed sip of champagne before the ceremony, to offering to help get the father of the groom home safely (yes, she is seriously an angel). She even offered to travel to Napa ahead of time to view the venue, and this familiarity really helped so that she was able to capture the architecture and feel of the location. On the morning of, she was there early and ready at the perfect spot. After the surprise of the proposal, she spent about an hour taking our photos around the winery and inside the tasting room with suggested poses and pre-determined locations. She was extremely efficient, and we felt that we had plenty of time for everything. She sent a handful of photos less than an hour after we were done, which we were able to share with friends and family. After a few weeks, she sent the full portfolio (over 500 photos) and everyone agrees that they were beautiful.
