It's too bad this contractor has to lie and try to cover up what he does when he steals money from a family that had hopes and dreams of building a pool in their backyard and enclosed is a photo of what he did for $33,000 we had to hire an Attorney to get our money back because he wouldn't give it back to us now he is under disciplinary review from the Contractor State License Board and his bond company. If you're going to build a swimming pool in your backyard or get any concrete work done. Please don't hire these guys. They are not a good company. Terrible customer service. Set up an in home consultation & they verified the time & place a day prior. Day of they never showed up. There was no call, email or txt to say they would cancel. Matt and his crew provided us with an estimate a year ago, and after a period of consideration, during which the office, estimator, and matt proved to be highly professional and pleasant to deal with, we decided to move forward with the project. The permit process took some time, about a month and a half, before all the necessary plans were approved. However, once we had received the green light, work began on our pool with efficiency and expertise. While communication with the team may have benefitted from some improvement, we are more than satisfied with our experience with Matt and his crew, and the result in our backyard, including the newly installed swimming pool, has exceeded our expectations. Already our family and friends have enjoyed the space, and we look forward to many more memories in the summers to come. Matt and his crew showed dedication and hard work throughout the project and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking their services. I recently had JSM construction build my in-ground swimming pool and right from the start the young lady who scheduled my appointment was very polite and helpful, the sales man that arrived was also very knowledgeable and professional he was in fact 20 min late but he did call and kept me posted on his arrival time. Once arrived he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the trade helped me with the design layout and even provided me with a few financial institutions that were able to fund my project with a great interest rate. But what really made me choose JSM was the fact that at no additional cost they provided me with a 3D rendering of what my project would look like, that helped me envision what the end result would be. Also the installers were great and polite they arrived on time and were not here too late disturbing the neighbors. They even brought they're own port a potty.
