I need 4000 more , I dug the hole for the slab 30 deep so now we need to build a wall 3 blocks hire .. I need $ 8000 more .. Now that we have the slab in the right location .. as per the original plans he wants more money to buy concrete . For a month I have had concrete, wood, trash and debris all of the place. Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right.
