My consultant actually stayed online with me through a video chat and worked through the issue with me. All was fixed by the time we were off the phone. The consultant (Daniel) was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, patient and thorough. Once the problem was fixed, we discussed ways to make the user experience even better on my website.
