Frustration loom to an glorious doom while thousands of miles away from my home country to be forced to purchase two new memory cards (SD, SDHC) only to discover that the camera has a technical error. A brand new digital camera unfunctional due to a machinal error? Ayia! My existing film point and shoot Fuji Film camera, still works after a decade of photographic journalism. We just used H&H for the 3rd time for a large family celebration. He was patient with difficult family members and organized and creative. His goal was to get the best photos and he was amazing. The videographer was also amazing and captured the entire party. The pre-shoot pictures, done by another photographer, Eric, were also amazing and Eric was also extremely patient and creative and got terrific shots. Our friends took way better pictures in both quality and poses! The video was like something from 1980. Static and horrible audio. Again- better stuff came from our family than the videographer. Our friend got married in October and we are now seeing their videos and photos. Our friends used non-fulltime photo/videographers and got 200% better quality than we did with H&H. Sigh. I'm not on a mission to destroy these guys or anything- I'm sure they'll do just fine. However, I would hate to see anyone out there be as dissatisfied as we were.
