Every time I needed a tow day or night, I hardly had to wait but a minute or two for weather or traffic delays. I've taken my Honda to JT Mechanics a number of times, once for an alternator replacement that is good as of 8,000 miles. Another time my engine began to leak oil, dropped the car off in the morning, later that night when I picked it up, it was brought to my attention I had a small exhaust leak that was also fixed and I didn't even see it invoiced. John was so good.to us when we ended up with a damaged tire as we were leaving Madison after a family event. He took care of us immediately. Drove to his salvage lot to search for a tire to replace ours, balanced all tires and inflated to proper pressure. We were back in the road in less than hour.
