I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

I posted in my cities' Facebook page to request a recommendation for roof repairs- at least 15 of the 20 comments highly recommended Mike Fleming with Fleming Brothers Roofing. From start to finish, Mike communicated with me and was always up front. They replaced (very cheap/bad skylights) with skylights of higher quality for a very fair price. They showed up when they said they would, they left no materials behind, and they even made a small repair unrelated for me while up there. They will not try to sell you something that you do not need. All of the shingles and underlayment used are rated for 130 mph winds. The staff acquired all of the necessary permitting. The work crew arrived promptly and started work immediately. They were very respectful of our property and paid attention to every detail of the installation. After the job was complete, the clean up was very thorough and none of our shrubs, plants, lawn or outdoor décor were harmed in any way. We highly recommend Fleming Brothers and we can easily see why this family owned company has been in business for four generations.

He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

March 23, 2021 (roof March 2021) Performance Roofing in Oviedo, FL is one of those roofing companies you dream about, hope for and pray for. They are "old school" when it comes to their honesty and professional work ethics. Two things rarely found in a mid-size company, much less in a roofing company any more. These qualities didn't stop at one person either. Every individual I met or talked to from start to end shared these qualities. This is a testament to their overall company values and beliefs. This is definitely a company that works on customer relationships and forms lifetime customers. At least I know in speaking for myself and other members of my family, that is what we have become. From my initial meeting with Paul Hickey (estimator), I felt more at ease than with any other estimator I have ever spoken to (and I have talked to many). My job was going to be a re-roof. First and foremost he listened. He listened to my concerns, my desires and my thoughts. If I requested a particular brand or item, rather than being quick with a "No", he instead revealed his willingness to look into the matter further. He was always available via a text or phone call and he was always polite and professional. His first goal was to provide me a good, solid roof, while his underlying goal was to try to get me everything I requested. He never grew tired of my questions or need for reassurance. He's kind and has one of those personalities that just brings about a sense of calmness. He never pressured a particular product like other roofing companies either. I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with him on any roofing job needed; whether a simple repair or a complete re-roof. Additionally, once the contract was in place and the work began, the others in the company began to shine. Daniella Acecedo (production assistant) called to make sure I was aware of when supplies would be delivered and how to get my property ready. Peggy Kimball (production manager) came out to the site and made sure all supplies were on hand to start the job promptly. When a large change was made in regards to the job, and after the start of the project, she was right there to assure the new supplies needed were on site within an hour. She didn't complain about the change, she just made it happen. She was amazing. The crew on the roof, led by Alex Sandoval and Andreaus worked hard and were polite and professional. I wish I could mention each of the others by name, but I didn't manage to get them all. Never did I hear inappropriate language, see or smell cigarettes in the area or find them not working. The opposite was true. They worked continuously and even wanted to keep working when it was time to go home. This group of men did not cut corners and worked to find solutions to difficult situations. From the break of dawn, till close to sunset they worked together to complete the job at hand. Performance Roofing uses the same crews so they work efficiently like an oiled machine. If I had a concern, Alex and Andreaus listened and acted on it without hesitation. These two guys are true leaders and are the "backbone" of the company. If you ask for their crew, you won't go wrong! Over and above the crew, another member who came out to make sure all went well was Gary Kimball (a senior estimator in the company). He monitored the job, reassured me if I had questions and overall provided yet another example of open and honest conversation about the job at hand. I can't explain what this does for a customer. Roofs are not cheap and are huge long time investments. This company and crew want to do the job right and it shows in every aspect of their efforts. Words alone don't mean a lot, but this company backs up their words with actions. At the end of the job, all paperwork was provided just as promised once final payment was made. Even more surprising and more comforting than all I have said so far, is the fact that when a small issue arose after completion, (which almost always will on any large job and in any business deal) I did not have to fight and argue for the issue to be corrected. The stress I allowed to build up within myself (due to horrible experiences with previous roof jobs) was found to be unfounded with this company. I simply shared the concern and it got addressed. I was worried I'd have to fight to get something done. What a pleasant surprise to find I only had to bring it up. This is such a striking difference from other roofing companies. The bottom line is that Performance Roofing stands behind their name and their work! I love this company and wish I could rate them with a 100. I will definitely let everyone know what a true pleasure it was to do business with Performance Roofing in Oviedo, FL. in the hopes I can steer some business their way. They deserve it! Performance Roofing replaced our roof in 2019 and we've had several issues (leaks). The latest issue is a leak that is causing water dripping and wetness in our ceiling. I called Performance Roofing and told them the situation and that we would be out of town for a week and a half and were very concerned. Paul and team ostensibly found the leak but the weather turned bad. Paul told me he would get back to me and let me know and that he could possibly take care of it the next day. The next day came and no word. We called, emailed and texted. Silence. So we called the company and they said they have us on the schedule 5 days later. In Florida. With a leaky roof. We found another roofer willing to seal it but needed to know where the leak was located. No one at Performance Roofing could tell us that where the leak that they were going to fix was located. I am still stunned. I had a roof leak and Patrick came out and accessed the situation. Protruding nails pushing shingles out of roof. He spent 1 hour and 20 minutes diagnosing problem. On top of roof and into attic. He fixed both issues. "How much do I owe you Patrick?" Nothing...he says !!! NO ONE.....AND I MEAN NO ONE, DOES THIS ANYMORE WITHOUT A SERVICE FEE. 16 year old roof....I figured an "up-sell" as it seems everyone does these days. But no. Fixed with no service fee. Update: Five stars for a company that stands by their work! I called Hinest Abe after the…read morehurricane Debby passed us leaving water in my electric box. I contacted Kyle to ask if there was any possibility the water could have come In Through the roof. He said he would get back to me. Later that morning I contacted the power company to request inspection of the electric meter. Before I heard a response from the power company, Mark from Honest Abe texted me to tell me he was 90 minutes away and was coming to inspect the roof. I told him we could wait until I found out if the meter had a gap that could've let the water in from the side of the house, but he said he wanted to come and check it out and make sure everything was in order. He didn't have to do this, but he came and inspected the roof which was as expected fine. He did find, a nearly half-inch gap around the electric meter, which is where the water came in during the storms. Mark went to the local hardware store bought a sealant, came back and sealed the area around the meter and checked the inside circuit box to make sure that the water was minimal and it was safe. None of this had anything to do with the roof and yet he insisted that it was an easy fix And resolved the problem. This is a quality company who provide a quality service more importantly, if there's even a question about whether there might've been a problem with the roof stand installed, they sent their technician out immediately, and the gentleman solved an unrelated problem. The owner says they emailed me twice with updates on the wood. They did not ask PRIOR to replacing the wood like their form says, they just did it. Push comes to shove they are dishonest and his response shows that. Please upload the receipts showing how much wood I paid for, and show that wood on the roof of said project. I give permission. If it adds up I'll gladly delete my reviews. Hell I'll even give you $1000 out of my pocket.

They are BROKE and will take your deposit to pay off back bills instead of paying for your materials and labor. It's like a big Ponzi scheme. The company is run by a couple in their 70's, Cliff and Sheryl Miller, and they have no employees because they never pay them! If you look into their business history you will find MULTIPLE lawsuits and judgements against them because they DO NOT PAY suppliers or sales reps. They owe one rep over 100k, they owe my husband over 100k, another rep in Port Charlotte, FL close to 30k. RUN AWAY!
