The plumber discovered that there was in fact, debris, loose installation, wood chips, nails, drywall, and particles of other materials that were torn out from the demolition of the mold remediation project. The plumber left telling me that the lines needed to be jetted and that he would talk to Caleb about the follow up during that time. I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average.. I also had to call some heating and cooling assistance to do a vent cleaning which cost me over $1,800 along with all of the miscellaneous personal property that was flooded in the basement cost over $2000 which included yard tools, lawnmower, dining room table and chairs two twin size metal beds, a line, leaf blower, electrical weed, whacker and other miscellaneous tools. Caleb never sent the information about the follow up or evidence from the plumber and did not go forward with completely clearing out the debris his team had carelessly forced down into my sewer pipes. Caleb is very deceptive and his team has absolutely bad customer service . Caleb did not want to follow through with resolving the issue. His company has created Thousands of dollars of damage-during that period of them doing that tear out. They also ran off with my ladder and I had to complain to get it back which was It was a thief. Caleb completely ghosted me after I called him back after my basement flooded again almost a year later after a heavy storm. I was requesting the report from the original plumbers inspection, which I discovered that Caleb and the plumber had discussed father jetting of the sewer pipes to get all of the debris out, but Caleb did not go forward with the work, not taking responsibility for what his workers did and cost me detrimental property damage a year later . Caleb is very untrustworthy and does not keep his word after his workers causing damage to your property. He rather you take him to court after trying to resolve the issue with him He ultimately did not resolve anything. He chose to ignore the damage they created for me . His company has forced me to endure Financial hardship and had not continue to be a professional to simply resolve the original issue his company created.

Why would a one time thief remove expensive items from one box and replace them with cheap t-shirts and close the box as though it never been touched? Why wouldn't they just take them box and leave? They company took no responsibility and was paid in full. Legally, the company/owner are not responsible for the actions of their subcontractors/employees. However, I would have expected that, since so many (literally boxes) of items were missing AFTER they were given the keys and full access to the home, that the own would reprimand or replace the employees. Or make up the loss. Maybe they should thoroughly research their employees before hiring them. Like it or not, they represent the business good and bad. Getting a quote for the job was easy enough. We had contact a couple of times about the product…read morethat they were planning to use on our roof. It took some time to be next on the list, first due to the weather delaying the job before ours and then it was the manufacturer of the metal itself. Their machine broke down and they couldn't finish the order for our house. We were given a start date that changed several times. The last start date we got was April 19th. When they did show up, they had a nice sized crew of men who got to work and got the back half of the house stripped, cleaned, water damage spots repaired and new cover in place. That only took a couple of hours. They did not damage anything in the process. We found a few stray nails over the next couple of days but nothing major. The 'roofer' showed up an hour or so after they had the roof ready to be covered with metal roofing. The roofer and one other person were all we ever saw. The hours that they worked we typically short. Most days they started at 10 or later and were done by four or earlier. It took several days to get the back half of the house covered with the new roof. And that is the easy part of the roof. In the mean time it rained and it was very stressful to listen to rain hitting the roof of your home, most people's largest asset, and not know if the roof would leak or not. Now, I understand that the weather is out of the control of mere humans but the stress was there just the same. Then due to rain and/or the threat of rain it took some time to get the front half of the house striped and ready for the metal roofing. Again, the large crew came in and had the roof cleared, repaired and prepped. This time they did do some damage. A window screen was damaged by falling debris. A hole was put in the siding when a piece of plywood failed, broke and fell against the house. Also, some of the plants in the landscaping were damaged and some may not recover from the damage. The roofer did start his work later that day. Getting in touch with the roofer or the owner was difficult. They would say they would be here to work but would not show up. Very poor communication. The roof was finally completed on May 21st and 20 minutes later the owner was calling to came get his check/money. The roof looks pretty good but I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants their house roofed in a timely manner.

We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains.
