If I could give the Alliance medical group Rheumatology Middlebury office a rating of less that 1…read morethat's what it would be. I went in today 10/23/25 for my first appointment I got to the office at 8:33am after having issues finding the office which I told to the 3 receptionist (Hallie, Brianne and Laura)who immediately started being upset that I was late. My appointment was for 8:40am they then said they don't think I can be seen dispute it still being before my appointment time due to me not coming in with the paperwork filled out. I was told the paperwork would be mailed to me prior to this 1st appointment, which did not happen and I told them this as well and they act like I was lying. Laura the receptionist said she had to ask the doctor if she will still see me but she didn't think they would. She then started to go to the back office I then asked her for the contact information for corporate because this was just crazy and did not sound like a policy. So I asked for a copy of this policy. I waited until 8:55am when the office manager Latoya came out and I spoke with her telling her most of the issues along with the way I saw them treat different patients. Example- Another patient came in and didn't complete her paperwork and she was told she can see the doctor and bring the paperwork back before she leaves. I was then told to return to the waiting room until she sees if the doctor can still see me. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Hulinska. I sat in the waiting room until 10:24 am and went to the receptionist desk twice requesting them to call the office manager Latoya to see if I can be seen. At that time Laura the receptionist asked me for my Id and insurance card (which no one did from 8:33am when I arrived) I asked if I would be seen I was told probably. I then asked for the office manager Latoya so I can know if I'll be seen before giving them my insurance card and I'd. The office manager Latoya came out at 10:33am told me they can not see me today, and rescheduled my appointment today 11/7/25 at 1:40pm and handed me a copy of the no show policy which she was trying to use to justify why I can't be seen for me appointment today. I told her this isn't correct because I didn't miss my appointment I am here. Latoya the office manger then became upset and told me I am antagonizing and confrontational due to me asking about the policy I was given. Latoya then became more upset when I said what they are doing is wrong to have me sitting all this time to then say they can't see me and give me a no show policy. Latoya then told me that maybe I should go to another office as she don't think they can't care for me there. I then said I never said that as I have not gotten out the waiting room so I asked if she is saying that she plans to cancel my rescheduled appointment on 11/7/25 at 1:40pm she said no. I then requested a copy of my current appointment that I was told by Latonya that they canceled and she went through the roof and said no she can't give that to me as it's their document as I am not a patient. I was then told by Latoya the office manager that she will have me removed from the waiting area and that she was going to cancel my rescheduled appointment, which she then did. Latonya then proceeded to call 911 at 10:33am and told them that I was a threat because I took her picture. Officers came and I told them what happened Latonya spoke to them in the back and I asked for a case number. Someone needs to look into this so call practice they are horrible, rude, unprofessional, nasty, and don't follow any kind of policy that they can't give to you in black and white. I warn everyone stay away from them they will do more harm. Please look at the reviews I wish I did before I went to the office. They have a rating of 2.5.Patients are going to the office for help and care and that isn't what you will get

I cannot tell you how patient everyone was with me from Kelly Hernandez, the lead surgical assistant to Donna, the x-ray technician all the way to Dr. Kennon himself. Mike, his PA was also highly competent. Everyone was proficient in their area and also extremely kind when answering what I'm sure were my silly questions. Dr. Kennon went out of his way to explain what would happen on the day of surgery and even called me the night before surgery. The surgery itself was highly successful. I feel 10 years younger with my new knee. I would recommend Dr. Kennon without caveat. He and his staff are truly a rare find.

From my very first consultation through my hip replacement surgery and recovery, Dr. Kennon demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, and compassion. He took the time to explain every step of the process, clearly answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel confident and cared for. Both surgeries went very smoothly, and my recovery has been remarkable--I'm walking more comfortably and regaining mobility. Dr. Kennon's expertise and warm, reassuring manner made a difficult experience much easier. I am deeply grateful for his dedication and for the outstanding care I received from him, his staff, and the care givers at Mid-State Medical Center in Meriden. The hospital staff was amazing! If you are considering hip replacement surgery, I strongly recommend Dr. Kennon.

My wife is a 6-foot, 125-pound athletic medical provider who conducted extensive research before selecting the Preservé procedure. Her goals were very specific: a natural, lifted appearance, rapid recovery, minimal change in overall size, and treatment by a surgeon with strong ties to New York-level practice standards. After interviewing multiple surgeons, we met Dr. Brown. Although based in Connecticut, he spent over 30 years practicing in Manhattan, and that experience is evident. As both an attorney and a pharmacist, I evaluate professionals critically, and I do not make this statement lightly--Dr. Brown is among the most professional and knowledgeable physicians I have encountered in my career. His approach to patient care, transparency, and clinical judgment aligned directly with our expectations. Dr. Brown took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, risks, and expected outcomes. My wife ultimately trusted his expertise fully and gave him discretion within her goals. The procedure lasted approximately 2-3 hours, and the recovery exceeded expectations--she returned to work the next day and resumed working out within three days, which speaks to both surgical technique and planning. While I had some initial reservations about aspects of the surgical center staff, I will note that once Dr. Brown arrived, the environment immediately elevated to a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Most importantly, my wife is extremely happy with the results. The outcome is natural, proportional, and well-suited to her athletic build--exactly what she was seeking. From a results standpoint, the work reflects precision and aesthetic judgment at the highest level. In sum, Dr. Brown delivers a level of care, expertise, and outcome that fully justifies his reputation. I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone considering this procedure. Worth every penny. After hitting post my wife will be letting me play with them again. ; )

Nights prior, I had read some (1-2?)negative reviews And was very anxious about going. But after almost a 8 month wait to go to Yale Derm ( my doing due to my agoraphobic symptoms) I FINALLY threw caution to the wind and I went. I could not believe the individual who had posted a neg response was talking about the same office I went to ?? It seems a bit far fetched and that's coming from some one who dreaded going. I was BEYOND pleasantly surprised. I can not even list all the positives but I can say it lifted a huge weight off my shoulder and gave me some hope for a better future. My skin issue have made a HUGE impact on my life and not in a positive way. So Dr. B came into the office and not only did he have a good "bedside manner". Dr B was such a great Doc. He took his time and also stayed to answer some questions which he answered to best of his ability ... the ONLY NEGATIVE IS .... he's not. Magician and can't wave a wand over my head to make the emotional & physical pain of this skin issue disappear. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Yale Derm in Middlebury. My only other regret.... ? I wish I went much sooner because he gave me hope & I finally see there may be a light at the end of this dark tunnel. Anyone who is unsure about going here... all I can say is my experience with the front desk, nurses and Dr B went beyond my expectations and you'd be foolish not to check them out. It's a bright start to a future. Thank you SO VERY. Much for all your help and compassion y'all provided and you did so without pushing ANY meds or programs as a previous poster implies. I had a polar opposite experience and to me ... I would bring my children there as well if needed and I don't just send them anywhere. Great place!
