    I'll be the first to admit when someone rights a wrong, I won't keep it to myself, I will share…read more Floor and Decor delivered 20 pieces of broken tile to our construction site, but the tiles are so large, 48"x48" that the breaks were not discovered until the end of the project. Our GC contacted the management team, and they graciously credited twenty broken tiles, which amounted to a $2,100 credit. I would like to comment them for being honorable in regard to their customer relations. I am giving them five stars.

She made an appt for us to meet with one of their in-house contractors (915 Prestige) for estimate on Monday Feb 10. Thought we found the perfect place until the contractor arrived and then went downhill from there. Estimator appeared to be in a hurry, and didn't take any measurements. Before leaving he stated estimates would be sent to store designer who would then contact us for project cost. I ensured that he had our correct contact info since he stated the designer didn't provide our email. I then returned our borrowed tile samples on Thursday Feb 13 and to follow up on estimate status. Informed designer was out to lunch and left my name and phone number with store staff. As of today, Wed Feb 19, have not heard back from either store designer or contractor. At this point I have engaged other contractors for the project due to lack of follow up with us. Experience has left us very disappointed and takes them out of contention for any future projects.

I had to start trying to reach out to you because he said you had been unresponsive to his texts. I responded that we would be available all day that Sunday, which would have left it up to your availability. After 2pm, I texted you to check in to see if you were going to still be able to make it. I was open to you rescheduling if it was necessary, and gave you the benefit of the doubt. You said that you would come out the next day, Monday. I also inquired how you preferred your payment so that I could make that arrangement (downloaded Zelle App) and again you never came, nor called or texted to cancel. Yes my husband did tell you that he had just recently paid someone else and that is what lead us to find someone else. This is why we went to Yelp to find other pool cleaners, and yes that is why we both contacted you. I gave you my address and asked if you could come after 12 noon. I was willing to reschedule, even after you didn't show up on Monday. I doubt that you were going to reschedule if I hadn't texted you on Sunday. Both my husband and I never place negative reviews for local businesses, but your response to his review is abhorrent. I hope you learn to better respect your prospective clients. But I guess that's what will keep you as a "small" business and you will never grow.

    I went to Interceramic Tile to purchase floor tile for our primary shower floor. I paid close to…read more$400.00 for 3 boxes of tile to cover an area of approximately 18 cubic feet. I picked up my tile two weeks later, and the tile I picked up was an entirely different color from the floor sample. I selected a marble, white and grey (photo included) and ended up with beige colored tile. Needless to say, I was not happy, and when I spoke with the manager, he said they absolutely have a NO RETURN, OR EXCHANGE policy. I know that he realized that the misrepresentation of goods was on them, so the SOLUTION that he offered me was to purchase a replacement at no mark up. This was clearly not a solution for me because I would be stuck with the tiles that I paid for, and still gave to drop a few hundred dollars to purchase new tile, with no guarantee that I would receive exactly what I would be paying for. I was disappointed, but the silver lining is that our granite and bathtub do have veins of light gold, so fortuitously, we can use the tile after all. I am grateful that we are coming close to finishing our house, and do not plan on purchasing more tile in the near future. I do not recommend this establishment, and will not return.
