We had no idea what a Short Sale was and what this course of action would require of us. After Victoria explained the process, we felt confident with our decision. The staff of Select Service immediately went into action. Once our house was put on the market, Victoria and her staff contacted our mortgage company to begin the Short Sale process. Additionally they new the seller had trashed the home, and instead of canceling the deal they just told us to 'be prepared'.
