I cannot fathom the nightmare of dealing with these agents from a seller's perspective. As a buyer working with another agency, having to deal with the lack of professionalism from these Keller Williams agents is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. They don't adhere to contract obligations, treat the entire home buying/selling experience solely as a personal cash grab, never return phone calls on important matters, and lag in every way possible. It is obvious that their lack of communication goes further than dealing with other agencies, but even with their own clients. I would highly recommend staying as far away from dealing with this company as possible, for the sake of your wallet and your mental health. read more

Absolutely worse service. High school kids were ditching school at this vacant house in Palmdale in early March 2012. Police came by and scared truant kids away. Next day, Graffiti was painted. Called the real estate agent to inform of trouble and graffiti. Agent asked to call back if there was other problems. Asked when the wall would be taken care of. After a few few weeks, house still not repainted. After no return calls and unresponded emails, I called the City for assistance. Called the City of Palmdale in May 2012, two months later, about unresolved problem with the Keller William property. Code enforcement called to have it taken care of. Agent said it would be taken care next week. After failing to repaint on the agreed time, Code Enforcement called again. It was finally repainted. The graffiti was no longer blue. It was painted white. The house was brown. If this is the quality of acceptable behavior by this office's agents, I will definitely recommend people seek real estate service elsewhere. To sum up: (1) Agent refused to take care of property in a timely manner. Its been more than 2 months and still it not resolved. (2) Agent failed to return calls about problem (3) Agent failed to respond to emails about concern (4) At the discussion with Code Enforcement, the agent failed to re-paint the house on the agreed time. Twice. (5) Lastly, agent thought it was acceptable to use white paint on a brown house. read more

We recently had the pleasure of working with Vic Arutyunyan. Vic was extremely professional and courteous. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had no idea of the processes, steps or questions. We reached out to him via a recommendation from a family member. He was efficient and fast. we walked one home that we fell in love with. He assisted every step of the way. He was very thorough and asked some questions about the house to the seller, we would have never thought of. During the whole bidding process he coached us and walked through to give the best offer we could. I'm sure he could tell we were very excited because this felt like our house it had everything we wanted and looked for he understood we were bidding on our forever home. He was determined to make it happen all while, cautioning us not to get attached to it cause things happen. Vic and his group (The Rafeh Group) are well know in the valley, their past customers experiences gave extra confidence to the sellers and they chose to work with us because of the team that was representing us. I can not say how grateful we are to be able to open the door to our forever home. Good evening all. I post this review in hopes that anyone selling a home and an agent by the name of Jorge Perez from keller Williams realty represents buyers, don't sell to him. I repeat do not sell to him. As you can see on my other posts I have been the victim of many evil people and this is just another instance. I finally reached a point in my life where I could move. I contacted keller realty and was connected with my agent who was very good. We started the process on selling my house. I was given a net sheet that made me comfortable enough to move because I would get enough to help my daughter with college and still leave some for me. As the process started to get going this evil Jorge Perez (buying agent) began finding was to keep getting money out of me. Jorge and and his buyers said pay for this pay for that,fix this fix that. I was under a time constraint and he knew it. Just wanting to sell and close that chapter of my life Jorge kept pulling money. This was money from my daughter's college fund, money she was going to use to feed herself. I found my net getting smaller and smaller. Scared to to start the process over I took the loss again. So thanks Jorge Perez for taking money from a army veteran and my daughter and yet again me the victim. To yelp....don't remove this post. My agent was employed by keller. read more

I agree with Niki B on the experience with the real estate agents at this company and this is a VALUABLE lesson for me. These agents make these selling deals about their own pockets, you don't feel comfortable, because they don't throughly explain anything to you, not to mention the gossip and the unprofessionalism that comes from the agents. I believe that when any real estate agent finishes real estate school then they should also take CUSTOMER SERVICE classes as well. My agent didn't help me, she helped the buyers more than she helped me. I was treated more like a tenant instead of a client. Not only did my home selling process take WAY longer than it should, a month after I was in my new home, the agent calls me about issues that the BUYERS had that she wasn't representing. Instead of her having my best interest, she sided with the buyers. For anyone looking to sell or buy property, make sure you do your research THOROUGHLY on agents. It's so much more that I'd like to write but I don't want to waste another word on this place. KILLER WILLIAMS is not for the faint at heart. It's not a lovely experience for the seller, it was a total NIGHTMARE. read more

I recently bought a house through Keller Williams with Cedrina Herrera as my agent. I loved working with Cedrina, she quickly grabbed ahold of the vision my wife and I had for our future home. even with all the covid restrictions, she was able to show us a number of houses, and was truly looking for what would best fit our desires vs finding the most expensive home we could afford. the only negative I have for Keller williams is as a company, they really wants to use a particular lender, and while I did use that lender I was far from impressed by him. my wife and i have no debt, about an 800 credit score, and both have great paying jobs so qualifying shouldn't have been as difficult as it was. over all I loved working with Cedrina, but maybe wish I had come in with a different lender ready to go. read more

If I could give no stars I would! I don't know how this company hire's realtors but our realtor was disrespectful and unprofessional. We purchased a home and had the worst experience ever. I know buying a house is already stressful but our realtor made it even stressful. Our realtor talk back to us. She hung up on us. She was very unprofessional. To be honest I spent my free time looking for the listings on Zillow, I was the one calling to make appointments to see the property. When we would tell her we had an appointment to see a property she would get mad and tell us to give her time she will look for homes for us. The time never came. When we would ask if she had listings for us to see she would cancel on us or give us the same listings I had sent to her. Her office smells horrible! She brings her pets to work I couldn't sit in her office for more then 2 minutes. After a stressful home searching experience we found the home we liked and decided to call our realtor to put an offer in the home. We gave her the price we wanted to put down and she made us feel horrible about the price. She claimed we were offering to much. We went home upset and feeling discouraged about the home. It was a waiting process. Our offer was accepted and we were finally in escrow. During the escrow process and the home inspection process she treated us like we were bothering her. She would nag about everything. She would act unprofessional and always annoyed by us. Our Inspector and other people around us noticed how she was and they said they have never seen a realtor like her. Just the way she would act around us and the way she should talk to us. I don't know if it's because we were young and she thought she could talk to us like we were her kids. But I wasn't having it. She was getting paid to do this. It was a huge purchase for us. There was an incident with the property we were buying and she approaches us asking if we still wanted to buy the home because apparently the property was worth more in her eyes and if we wanted to back out the seller would up the price. Funny thing is when we offered more for the property then the asking price, she made us feel like fools for doing that. Now it's worth more in her eyes.... doesn't make sense but okay. The ugly text messages progressed and her attitude become worse. I couldn't deal with it anymore so we rushed the process instead of trying to take our time, just to get rid of her. When we asked to do the final walk through in the home she states she already did it for us. WTH! We argued about doing the final walk through in the home and she comes up with some BS excuses. She calls us back about 2 hours later telling us she can do the final walk through with us. It was just a horrible experience with her! Our realtors name was Blanca Delgado. I would NOT recommend her to no one! Save yourself the headache. read more

I contacted a home via realtor on 5/23 when I was in the area and wanted to view a home. Shortly after I was contacted by Cedrina Herrera. I explained I was a first time home buyer and I was pre approved for xxxxxx amount. Before she could even review my pre approval she began to sell me on a colleague of her her named "Edgar Aguilar" from MMC lending. She went on to sell me on her colleague stating he could get me a better rate, higher buying power, better pre approval. She connected me with this gentleman and I spoke with him via phone and he advised me to submit all my documents, credit, etc. I went ahead and submitted all documents to be given the run around for the next 3.5 weeks. I even went as far as to go view a home 1 hour from me with the Intent that both the agent and lending officer were aggressively working hard to comply with their job in a efficiently manner and getting me that promised "better pre approval". I also did a buyers consult with Cedrina Herrera where she broke down the market to the best of her ability and knowledge which left me a little confused as certain questions could not be answered, her response was "Edgar will explain that" mind you Edgar was not returning phone calls, text, emails. I really had hopes that this was just first time home buyer jitters and everything would work out. The last week I was working with both the agent and the lending officer I was asked for proof of "reserved funds" on top of my closing cost and down payment, which I provided. Almost 4 weeks later from my initial contact with Cedrina I received a text message from the agent NOT the lending officer congratulating me on a pre approval with no documents to support, just a simple text message that stated your pre approved for xxxxxx amount. I found that to be extremely unprofessional and caused red flags. I shortly withdrew from Cedrina and Edgar. First time home buyers have such great opportunity, and it can easily be sabotaged by employees of this nature. Do your research before you waste credit points, time, and energy. Look for reviews, history on both the lending officers and agents/realtors. read more

Horribly obnoxious group of people, esp the people they send around on foot, passing out flyers in residential areas about 'open houses'. Which is stupid just by itself. WHY the HELL would you hand out flyers about open houses to somebody who lives right around the corner from the place for sale? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of moving OUT of an area? LMAO! I mean, if I am going to move, it's going to be to another town, or another state - it's not gonna be 100 yards down the street! lol. Anyways they sent a guy into our area a few weeks ago, who completely ignored our large NO SOLICITING sign. (might be time for a "Warning - beware of rattlesnakes sign I guess!). He comes up to our door anyway. Against my better judgment, I opened the door. I tried to play nice and asked him why he ignored our sign. He in turn ignores my question and begins to go into his speel about this open house nearby. So that's when I got pissed and demanded that he leave, or I was going to call the cops and have him arrested for trespassing. I hate doing this to people, but if you're going to ignore our sign, I'm gonna give you a piece of my mind. Just move on to the next house - respect homeowners' wishes! Is that too much to ask?? Anyways, the guy still ignored me, and tried to continue his speel, so then I had to resort to getting really angry at him and we ended up in a shouting match. It took a full 10 mins before he finally left our property. Friggin' ridiculous. Don't these people understand that people do not want to be bothered with this kind of stuff? Esp on a weekend! We're trying to relax - we don't want you coming up to our door! I've filed a formal complaint with KW corporate HQ as well as the BBB. I doubt it will do any good, but it felt good to vent and get it off my chest with their higher management. My friend nearby witnessed the entire thing and he also filed a complaint because they bothered his family too. The messed up part is that they're now sending us junk mail about the same place, as well as other open houses. Might have to consider a restraining order - this isn't the first time we've been hassled by KW's AV staff. They've been told every time they've contacted us, to leave us alone. RE people here in the AV, not just these guys, are getting WAY too aggressive. LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE! If they're in the market for a house, they'll contact YOU. read more

Saturday on November 5, 2016 I wanted to see an open house in Palmdale and I had to walk out before I snapped at this arrogant real estate agent by the name of Juan Escobar. As we get to the door I started to ask him if he had something to cover my shoes and he didn't let me finish. He right away said " TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF!!" I told him I wasn't leaving my shoes outside the house unless he was buying me Micheal Kors shoes if they got stolen. He yelled at me and said " YOU CAN'T COME IN!!" He then walked away from me like I wasn't there. For that price on a house he better be nice he will never sell that house with that attitude. Very rude and arrogant to the bone. As I was walking back to my car I saw the neighbors and well I'm glad this was not my dream home they looked like they were up to no good. His attitude sucks!!! They are fast talkers with evasive answers and are completely unethical. Even the Team Leaders made promises they had no intention of keeping. In other words, they out right lie. I normally do not like to write negative reviews, but our experience with this company was so terrible I felt I needed to let others know. Do not waste your time putting in an offer on a Keller Williams property in the Antelope Valley--they are unprofessional and unethical. My husband and I submitted a full-priced good faith offer on a Palmdale property. We were easily pre-approved by both our lender and the seller's lender within a day. Our buying agent then had to track the seller agent down with multiple emails and phone calls to receive a counter-offer, which we met and turned around the same day. After more phone calls and emails we finally received a phone call at 2pm on the day our offer was going to expire congratulating us on the accepted offer. We were told that the contract would be sent to us right away. Two days later (after our buying agent had to call them multiple times) the listing agent claimed that the seller accepted another offer and acted like Keller Williams never called our agent with the accepted offer--no apology or explanation. It would appear that they were holding out for a better offer, which appeared after our offer was accepted, then conveniently 'forgot' our offer was ever accepted. I wrote an email to the seller agent Kristine Halajyan and office manager Amy Constantine requesting an apology and explanation about what appears to be a highly unethical situation but have received no reply. We would have understood if our offer was clearly rejected or if we had received any kind of communication from the Keller Williams office about this situation. My husband and I will not be looking at any more Keller Williams properties in the Antelope Valley. If this company can't even return phone calls or emails who knows what else might happen during the home buying process. We will be trusting our time and money with a company that treats us like serious home buyers. read more

I had The best experience at Keller Williams everybody there was so nice, very on top of things and Brian are realtor who sold us our house was the upmost respect full patient and most importantly communicated with us every single day to let us know what was going on with our deals with the paperwork and everything. I couldn't of asked for anything better he later went above and beyond his job to come and give us a housewarming present and checked in on us to see if we needed anything else once we moved in . It's people like him and his company that make moving a less stressful more pleasant experience than most places. I can't really say much about Keller Willams directly other than they are conveniently located at the Rancho Vista Mall and have ample parking and free coffee. My review is more specifically in reference to my Realtor Julianne Ramsey who works out of the conveniently located KW office. We had kind of a tall order as we were looking for an investment property that already had renters in place. Julianne found us exactly what we were looking for in a matter of weeks. She provided excellent communication and worked hard to protect our interests every step of the way. She went the extra mile to ensure that we had an open line of communication with our new tenants and helped us with issues that were not standard in most real estate deals. I really cannot say enough about her work ethic, communication, professionalism and real estate knowledge. My review is on a specific realtor. If the character of which this person has reflects on Keller Williams, so be it. I want to start off with, they did price our house much higher than I expected. That is the only reason I rated one star. From the very beginning of our experience I felt very uneasy as if we weren't being told the whole truth. In fact, I have another realtor friend of mine who works out of NorCal who I was asking most of my questions to because of POOR communication. Being a first time seller, my wife and I had many questions, as you could imagine. Mary Fernandez seemed to try her worst to not answer any of those questions. Sometimes, not answering the questions at all and just ignoring the text messages. The last 2-3 weeks of escrow leading up to the closing, not one text, phone call, or e mail from her. We were dealing exclusively with another realtor who was guiding her along. When I say not ONE exchange of communication, I mean, not hey the closing date changed a few days, the buyer is having issues with his bank, nothing. Not a single correspondence. On top of this, they actually LIED to my wife and I. Her partner who stepped in and started helping asked us to move out early because the buyer is out of money and is homeless. My family and I were already moving out 3 weeks earlier than we had liked, the movers had just finished packing our things and we still needed to clean. The buyer wanted to move in the day after the packers were done. My wife and I still work our full time jobs and said no to the request because we still needed to grab a few things and clean up. The buyer does his walk around the next day and says he's displeased with the lack of cleaning done. Mind you, it had already been communicated that we needed to clean. The water was turned off as well as the gas and electricity. The buyer had the electricity, water, and gas turned on the very next day. Does that seem like something a person with "no more money" and "homeless" seems to be able to do. I bet if I asked a homeless man to live in a house that needed to be swept, he couldn't have any complaints. The whole experience seemed like the buyer had 3 agents and my wife and I had nothing but our gut feeling and words from family and friends. DO NOT REQUEST or ACCEPT MARY FERNANZDEZ as your agent. Also, my wife and I have no expertise with being a realtor but when she took pictures of our home they were poorly lit, blurry, several pictures were duplicated, and just terrible in general. We had to take pictures of our home and send them to her to post on the websites. Once that way done we asked her to make sure the duplicates were deleted and make sure Zillow had updated the pictures of the property, because we had some changes to the house. As the seller, these are not things we should be doing for our agent. Only after several times communicating to her that Zillow had the old pictures up, were they removed. Just an all around terrible experience. read more
