Would not recommend this company. They tried to take our money after not completing the job due to…read morethe owner not liking that we were asking questions about the delays and when it would be done. We had a deadline of when we needed it done by. The owner cancelled our job after being here for 20 minutes and pulling out one flower plant because my husband asked the employees what the plan was. They worked for 20 minutes and then sat in their truck for 45 after being delayed and late. After the owner cancelled we were told we would get our money back that night. We had to send a demand letter to get our money back after almost 2 weeks of going back and forth. They told us they would drop off our cash that we gave them, never did. That said they would zelle us, never did, then said a "check was mailed" but never received one. We were prepared to end up in small claims court due to the unprofessionalism and not returning our funds for a job they cancelled and didn't complete. They said they would return our money if we signed something saying that we would not leave a bad review and basically wanted to coerce us into getting our money back. We obviously didn't sign it and just said we would see them in court. Eventually after saying that was our next step, they zelled it. We have all the events that took place on our home security system and texts. If you do use this company I would not pay cash or give any money up front.
