The staff that helped me was very knowledgeable and gave her recommendations on design of the bouquet, timeframe, cost, etc. They don't have natural blue flowers but they mention the option to spray it blue at an extra cost. Once I placed the order, they gave me a receipt for the order. They did not accept American Express, but VISA was fine for payment. I designated pickup for the day before Valentine's Day, which applied a discount. I was advised by the staff that on the day of pick-up, I could just walk to the counter with the receipt if it was too busy. On the day of, it was very simple for pick-up with the bouquet ready right away. I was more than happy with how the result came out. The staff recommended to balance the blue color with some white roses and this was a great suggestion. My girlfriend also loved them as much as I did. Couldn't recommend this Fadi's Flower place more! I'd definitely come back.

The gentleman helping me on the phone asked what time l'd like everything to be delivered and recommended morning because of the triple-digit heat wave occurring in Glendora currently. I was grateful for the information and chose an early morning delivery because of the heat. I was updated by email when the bouquet was en route, when it had been delivered and for follow-up questions/issues. I was impressed by the amount of information I was provided throughout. I was also asked what my spending and price point was on the phone and I let them know it was between 100 and $150. The total with tax and everything turned out to be under $130 for the medium florist's choice bouquet. I feel I really got my value for the price that I paid. And now finally, for what really matters - what did my family member think of the bouquet? She absolutely loved it and said it was the most beautiful bouquet she's gotten in her whole life. When I called to address the issue, the owner told me to talk to the manager and refused to take responsibility. She seems far more preoccupied with other things than actually running her business. Based on both the product and the customer service, I would not recommend this florist. You are better off going to Trader Joe's and doing it yourself.
