It's always a good idea to support small businesses, especially when they're a longtime neighborhood staple! I was so excited to visit this flower shop and see what's new. They have definitely expanded their offerings beyond traditional arrangements. While they have a fantastic selection of classic flowers neatly organized by size and priced very reasonably, I was charmed by their unique gifts. You'll find more than just fresh bouquets here. They have beautiful crochet flowers and adorable plushies that make for a sweet, long-lasting gift. They also have a variety of "forever flowers" which are dried to last a lifetime, available in different boxes. They even have cute custom cards with unique cartoon sketches and greetings. The shopping experience was great--the staff was friendly and the whole store was well-organized. Plus, they even have their own parking lot, which is a huge plus! I went into the flower shop to order some flowers for my aunts birthday. They said that since I was placing the order two days in advance it would have to be the designers choice. The girl at the front desk that took my order was very nice and the designer was also very helpful. When I went in to pick up my order I was surprised to see how beautiful the bouquet turned out. Recently placed an order on their website for a flower arrangement for a friend's bridal shower and really loved how the arrangement turned out! I love how easy it was to place an order (I opted for pick up instead of delivery). I believe after taxes, the arrangement was just about $60. This place has been my go-to Flower spot for the last 4 year! I don't even like giving my girlfriend or relatives flowers from anywhere else. Came in last minute for a birthday bouquet. Was planning on getting a pre-made one from their fridge but it was late in the day so there weren't as many options available. Ah! I was absolutely in LOVE with the flowers and design of the corsage and boutonniere. It was exactly what I wanted and even matched with my date's suit and my dress The only thing I would say is that it was a bit pricey (about $60). The staff was very nice and even let us see the different ribbon colors so that we could choose the color we wanted. This is an update to my recent 5 star review of Heavenly flowers by Grace. I ordered a modest arrangement to be delivered to a local church for my brother-in-law's 10 am April 15th funeral. At 10:55 about the time the service was ending, I got an email that they had been delivered. Well they were not at the church before the service ended as far as we could tell, and we were sitting in the very first row! When my husband went later to complain and find out what happened to the flowers, he was told that someone would contact us to discuss it. That never happened. I guess I just threw $64.75 in the trash. What a disappointment! read more

Beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. We walked in to grab some flowers and there were already some beautifully made arrangements in their fridge. A very beautiful pretty big mixed arrangement was only $38 with the vase. I don't buy flowers often but I thought it was a great deal for the fresh & great quality of the flowers. Plenty of parking in front, nice gal working the counter. If you live in the area, buy your special someone an arrangement from this place, you will score some points. read more

Look no further for the best flowers from the best team. Melissa and her mom listened to the vision I wanted for my wedding and they outdid themselves. All of the table arrangements, signage flowers, alter columns and tent eucalyptus looked incredible and added so much to the event. They were responsive, helpful, kind, on time and reasonably priced. Great service, nice arrangements, overall my go-to spot! This place is right next to the mall so it's very very convenient for me to stop by after a gym session. If I need to pick up flowers, I'll definitely help support local business. Service is usually good for the basics, like if I need a pre-made bouquet, it's just a simple grab and go. For arrangements, it's less spot-on as I'd like it to be. My girlfriend had sent in an arrangement picture and the end result of the product didn't look as good as we wanted it to turn out. It was a graduation present for her sister and we were a little disappointed. On top of that, they're a little expensive. Overall, it's always good to support local business. And luckily, it'd be worse/more expensive if I were to drive to a chain supermarket just for a simple floral bouquet. So thank you for existing and being convenient, Heavenly Flowers! read more

NO STARS! Don't waste your time and money. My friend placed an order for a dozen red roses to be delivered on Valentines Day. When he called Melissa took down his credit card information and he told her I worked across the street. This flower shop has recently changed owners and my boyfriend had been a costumer in the past. The location was previously Mario's I believe. Melissa verbalized understanding and did not require an address. Melissa then called him back because she took down the wrong digits for his credit card. On Valentines Day I get a call from a lovely lady at Queen of The Valley hospital who is telling me that Heavenly Flowers is attempting to deliver flowers to me. I don't work at Queen of The Valley! I work across the street from the flower shop! Yes! That's right the employee at Queen of The Valley took it upon herself to call me and ask me where I worked because the delivery person was literally trying to leave my flowers. I mean seriously! Thank goodness for the kind lady who took the time to track me down. The question of why the driver didn't call me baffles me. Like did this driver actually give my personal information to this lady to do his job! Wow! The flowers finally arrived and looked nice. But looks can be deceiving and in my friends words they looked "boring". I'm assuming he was expecting something a bit more extravagant for all the money he spent. The following day one of the roses was completely wilted and it was rotting. As the days went on the flowers continued to wilt. On Friday My sister took apart the arrangement in an attempt to freshen it up. And oh boy the horror!!! The roses were stripped to the point that the stem was shaved and shredded (Stripping is when you take a tool and remove the thorns from the stem) I'll insert pictures. My older sister also had plenty to say she used to manage a flower shop. Anyway they clearly don't care about the care or the flowers let alone the customers. Oh and for the cherry on top! I called to complain left a message with Melissa for management to call me and I'm still waiting on a call! BTW Melissa R. you can't review this place if you work there! read more

They came a day before my event and I was shocked how fast they worked and how beautiful the tent and chandelier were. The tableclothes and chairs were clean and they came the next day to pick up. I wanted one that had a ball pit so that the littles had a place to safely play while the big kids wore themselves out. They had just the thing!
