Disappointed in service and communication. Requested to get cabinets assembled. The workers were to…read morearrive between 3 and 5pm and arrived after 6. . Maria did not let me know any updates of when service workers were coming, whether they were late or not. But she can read my messages that were sent to ask for their whereabouts. The workers stayed at my house until 11pm. Workers spoke Spanish with each other at the front door entrance when they met my husband (and mind you, my husband also speaks Spanish). One of the workers said to the other workers that they didn't want to do cabinets. My husband heard them and told them he speaks Spanish. Very awkward. They also made comments about the cabinets we bought, such as , "did you get them from Amazon?". Why does that matter? Them staying late and not feeling motivated to do our cabinets made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the drawers was messed up. They didn't pay attention to details and misplaced part of the frame of the cabinet. A magnet for a cabinet door was in the way of the drawer section, so drawer wasn't functional and won't close. We didn't notice this until after the workers left. I spoke with Maria via Yelp the day after and she wasn't willing to send a person out to fix it. She instead wanted to send me a magnet to make up for it. Did the cabinets get done? Yes. Did we like the service and communication, and finished product of the work done? No Lastly, Maria wanted to give us a late fee for the service. My husband called her because we felt we weren't given quality service on their end and wanted to see if a tech could be sent out. On top of that, we never received any invoice (her workers said it would be provided next day). Maria didn't disclose where this invoice was, but she did let us know we would get a late fee if the service wasn't covered. She mentioned this after my husband left a voice mail and text message exchange stating we were not satisfied with the service. See pictures attached. I'm not quite sure how this business can get 5 star reviews , and be inconsistent with their customer service. In the end of the text message exchange, Maria then stated that she would provide the service for free but seemed irritated in doing so. So I'm waiting for an invoice that states just that. But currently she refuses to send any invoice for me at the moment. (See pictures attached)

He's handled everything from small fixes to bigger electrical projects for us and every time the work has been done carefully and correctly. When my husband and I bought our home, the inspection report flagged a long list of electrical issues. It was pretty overwhelming. Gary sat down and went through the report line by line with us and helped us understand what actually needed to be done versus what wasn't urgent. He made the whole process feel manageable and got our home's electrical wiring back in safe working order. He also checked and repaired all outlets/switches throughout the house. Other projects he's done for us: - Installed light fixtures and ceiling fans in five different rooms - Replaced and properly relocated smoke detectors to meet code - Installed outdoor light fixtures and photocell sensors - Ran electrical and installed backyard string lights - Created new wall outlets to hide behind our wall-mounted TV in the living room - Routed ethernet cables through the attic to go to different rooms in our house to have a hard-wired connection Those are just a few examples as there have been plenty of other projects over the years. The quotes we had received previously from a couple of powder coating services around the Bay were prohibitive. I bravely researched refinishing all these pieces with rattle cans (dozens of them) and even bought special tips for my airless spray gun. After I sanded down only one chair I was exhausted and casted about for options beyond DIY. I called B&C painting and got lucky when Rick Wiesner himself picked up the phone. Rick was great right away, engaging in a detailed discussion about means and methods and not shying away from giving me a quick budget estimate for sandblasting and powder coating at his facility in Stockton. B&C was really overwhelmed with work but Rick nonetheless took the time to explain color options and finishes, and then mailed me out some paint chips and color samples providing follow up advice on finish and color possibilities. A week later I signed a proposal with B&C and the following week their truck pulled up in my driveway and carried away all our old worn rusting outdoor iron furniture. 10 days later I received an email that the job was complete and we set up delivery. Honestly, the set looks better than it did when we bought it from Woodard. The color is gorgeous and the finish rock hard. The set looks brand new. Rick was completely responsive, and he answered my phone calls and emails incredibly promptly. The project came in very reasonably and included pick up and delivery. I can't recommend Rick and B&C strongly enough. I can honestly say the set is gorgeous and I bet my kids will inherit it when we are done with it.
