The cutting in at the ceilings was fantastic! But let me start at the beginning.... First of all the quote came in almost $2000 less than competitors. Bruno spent as much time as I needed to thoroughly go through the house and address all of my wants and concerns. I was instantly aware of how much knowledge he had and how incredibly picky he was going to be with the job.Throughout the process he sent me updates. There were so many mudding issues that I didn't even know were there, painters lights can show all the flaws that needed to be patched, he took off all of the ugly extra moldings that the previous owners had put up, he took down lights that I asked him to take down. And throughout the process even at 9:30 at night he was walking me through his thoughts on satin versus Matt finishes. Color changes at the last minute were not a problem, he even added on three closets that we had not agreed to in the quote for a very cheap price because they needed to be done in his opinion. And he was right. Everything from top to bottom was perfection. If you don't hire him, you will not get anything close to what he provides. Thank you again so much Bruno and your team. Nik just finished my basement and I am very happy with the work and final result. Nik stayed on budget, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. He did what he said he was going to do and was here when he said he would be. So whenever anyone needed recommendations for home improvement, we always turned them to 3 Feathers. My dad needed an old patio step demolished and rebuilt. He lives in an HOA so the HOA is very particular about the type of step that can be put in. We trusted Camille and his crew with helping my dad out. We figured he'd be in good hands since we were loyal customers with 3 Feathers. Camille and his crew no-show twice to my dad's house. These were scheduled appointments. The first no-show, we figured that they were just busy and it slipped their mind. Then the second no-show happened. There was no customer service in explaining themselves on why they were no-shows. This was very atypical of the experience that we had with Camille and his crew. After the second no show they never responded and haven't since. That was phone calls and emails. We also had our gutters fixed (last job by them for us) by them and realized that they were leaking in spots. Regardless, we received several quotes on painting the exterior of our home and repairing some rotted wood siding - Matt's quote was most affordable, so we went with him. Things went pretty smoothly, he showed up on time, he always answered our phone calls and was professional and courteous. The part that infuriates me is once the job is done and he's been paid, he no longer returns phone calls. There was a small section of the house he forgot to paint and we contacted him about it a couple weeks later. We've unsuccessfully tried to get him back to paint that small section for weeks and he has blown us off. I highly recommend you check all his work before he gets paid; otherwise, good luck hearing from him again!!!
