You will be asked to sign a contract stating you will have a one time "revisit" to address any issues. I highly suggest you hold back full payment until you know your result. The experience after full payment is given is totally different than prior. My project developed bubbles in the finish, it was during a rain event, and it was difficult to tell wet bubbles from finish bubbles. I messaged saying he might want to look at it. The Anthony that followed up was not interested in customer service. He didn't care that he was halting the painters from completing their work...his words were " not my problem". .."I am a nice guy to be here"..." I'm busy" his haste I now have grass, worms and miscellaneous debris in my finish. Upon contacting Anthony, trying to resolve the problem, I was offered a partial refund in lieu of an unfavorable review. Note reviews are important...he has given his own company 2 favorable reviews. I am a real customer and I will never use this company again. Maybe being so busy leads to an amazing amount of arrogance.

Antonio said he would do his best to correct my past screw ups in home owner maintence.
