After driving around I was able to park half a block away and walk, but it was so sad to see the older people who could not walk so easily and the only parking was far away from the office. So many office buildings in this area and the available handicap parking is minimal. This is a disservice to our elderly and it's upsetting to see this.

Because she's not going to be here later. So the wait in line and sitting for me was useless because they skipped my labs so they can do the people behind me. (Yes, I know I run the risk of being here with a wait time and that there is going to be people before me and that it's a process. But when I come in at a certain time because I know I need to be here early and the staff gives a sooner pass to irresponsible people it's very upsetting and unfair.) Make sure they check your benefits the day of the appointment. I was overcharged $217. I called two weeks after appointment on 3/30/21 asking for status of refund. They said someone would call me back within 2 days and they never did. On 4/9/21 I called and spoke with Nicole. She said she would get back to that day and never did. I called 4/29/21 and spoke with Melissa. I was told it takes 10 days to receive once they issue refund but it depends on when they issue. Texas law states refunds should be issued in 30 days. Not professional in any way, shape or form.
