I got my iPhone (6) around April and two months ago i dropped it and it cracked right by the home button (very unnoticeable I should add) when I got there I asked him about it, (I must also say he's such a nice and funny man, helps you out as much as he can, he has great communication!) and he said "is this what you came here for?!" In such a playful way! I laughed and said yes and because the side of the phone was coming up and it made a funny noise. He made me feel a lot better by telling me it was not leveled correctly and all it needed was super glue so he put some and the phone had no noise after :D , the crack he said I should wait and save my money because like I mentioned it's not noticeable. I asked him how much for doing what he did and he said nothing and I said no at least something, so he said a dollar lol but I didn't have cash on me but credit card and he said " I don't want it then" he said I could buy him food (which is still something I want to do) but when I mentioned finding him on yelp and I went because I saw all the great reviews , he said to write a review as a payback for what he did and I am because I want to payback one way! Jucin's rocks!!! This is an awesome little shop where the owner Edmond helps everyone he can with a big smile and a great attitude. Right from the initial call I knew that this was the place I wanted to go and he did not disappoint. His skills are great, he is honest to a fault and bends over backward to understand and solve your problem. Great service!! Then when you ask him about the display case, you learn a whole other side of him, his artistic background and unique talents. I'm visiting my parents for the holidays and my phone, which was already pretty sketchy when it came to the charge port, completely stopped accepting a charge. Verizon told me it couldn't be fixed and that I'd have to pay the insurance of $160. The gentleman at Jucin's took a look at the phone under a magnifying glass and realized there was actually a very easy solution to the problem. He cleaned out the port and it worked perfectly. To my astonishment, he didn't even want payment! He was very nice and funny, and he seems to know more about iPhones than the so-called professionals at the phone companies. My IPhone 6 s plus screen was cracked and shattered. I called Jucins Studio Repair and the gentleman on the phone gave me a quote that was very reasonable compared to the other places I had called. I brought my phone in and the gentleman repaired the screen while I watched. He even took the time to clean the dirt and other debris that had accumulated over the years. He showed me how to keep my phone clean and also gave me pointers on how to keep my phone functioning at its highest capacity. Fantastic service I came in a couple of months ago and never reviewed this mans work. I was having some issues with my mom iPhone and I took it in to get looked at. He explain how the phone operates and what the potential problem could be very clearly and kept me informed the entire process during his inspection. True customer service doesn't exist much anymore, except in the case of Eddie. I said I had to work late-no problem he stayed an hour late to help me.
