She asked me from a distance why do I need the duplicate receipt and I told her that technically it's none of her business but if she must know that I provide a copy to the nursing home facility and keep a copy for myself. She finally came down to the register since the WHOLE line of people stopped doing what they were doing to listen to our conversation. So, she preceded to ask me the same question...why do I need a duplicate receipt. I then inform her the same as before cutting no corners and let her know I've never had an issue with receiving a duplicate receipt for records. She was preceding to ask more questions that did not pertain to her and she did not give me a duplicate receipt. I spend too much money to be treated with disrespect.

They are final sale with the sku ending in 91 but I missed reading that disclosure. It's not encouraging for me to want to order from them again when they make it so difficult.
