The service was fine, but the quality of service was lacking. I paid $110 for nails and toes. First off my toe nail polish was lumpy and already peeling off the following day. I got a French tip full set on fingernails and i requested thin French and the lady said no. They looked a mess also i had glue or acrylic all over my skin when i left, the acrylic was on my cuticle which was uncomfortable. Overall i regretted spending that much money on 1 star service. Apparently, the greater Atlanta area is in desperate need of reliable businesses that can deliver quality beauty services. At 10am, I called and booked an appointment for 6pm. Showed up to my appointment and saw a total of 3 techs, each working on someone in a chair and then they had three other women waiting for service. I told them I had a 6pm appointment. Instead of honoring my appointment one-by-one they began to cycle through the walk-ins ahead of me. It was about 6:30pm and I finally spoke up to see what the deal was. And here is what kills me - the woman working there says "oh well.. one worker left already so if you want to wait until were done with these ladies (the walk ins they just sat), then we do you" Wait not only do you want me to wait around for 1.5-2 hours AFTER MY APPOINTMENT to be serviced, you think I should have some sort of empathy because you don't know how appointments work! read more

This is the first and only salon that I have been to in the Griffin area and have not thought about going anywhere else. Yes, when the staff are busy you may have to wait either in the main seating area or in one of the spa chairs but this would be the same in any salon. The staff are always polite to me and I have never seen their attitude be any different to any member of the public. Each one has their own way of performing their task and time taken but the finished job has always been professional. One male customer had extremely long toe nails that were black and unkempt but the staff member never gave the impression that she was grossed out by her task. This place is horrible the Nail tech named Cindy has been okay but lately she's been over charging they dnt have up Price's and today I got polka dots with different colors and they charge me for each nail polish which added up to be $72 and I only had a color change on my toes and two weeks ago I actually got a pedicure and a full manicure and it was way cheaper why is this..... they are ripping people off not to mention she cut my thumb when I asked her how she did that said it was the bumper well duh. Smh NEVER will I go back and I didn't tip her and she had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy because I didn't tip her REALLY.... a merchant if someone is getting something extra you should tell them that it's going to be extra and are just assumed that they have the money or that they know... read more

I was unable to find my usual nail color and took a few minutes to find an alternative. It seems as though some of the employees found that irritating. The water for the pedicure was cool and the employee did not give me the service that I saw others receive. I was led to the table that dried my nail polish and everyone was so busy that not one of the 7 plus employees bothered to say you're finished or thank you or goodbye. Huge customer service fail!! The lady who did my nails was unfriendly and somewhat rude. I had to go back because my nails were not done right, but I didn't notice this until I got back to work. When I went back, it was clear they did not want to fix them. And, by the way, fix the air conditioning. It's miserable in there. read more
