Random shoddy work depending on who you go to. my worst luck have been with the guys. I had stopped going there but was in a hurry and in the are - 3 of my acrylic nails broke and I was out of the country and had to get the hotel spa to repair them for $30!!! they do shoddy work not putting enough bonding on nails Also they keep the TVs on FoX news - people like to unwind at the nail shop not listen to doom and gloom!! read more

First time going to Premiere Nails and absolutely NOT the last time!! This place first off, smelled amazing! It didn't smell like chemicals, which nail salons typically smell like... And secondly, the staff was insanely nice and third, the pedicure I got was INSANELY relaxing. I totally recommend adding on a reflexology massage to whatever treatment you get, you're welcome!! Best nail salon I've been to ever! They really take their time to perform a "full" pedicure and manicure from the nail trim to the best massage- never feels rushed! They were even nice enough to stay late without a complaint when we inadvertently walked in 15 minutes before they closed one night! Also very patient- when I went in for an ombré sns, I couldn't decide on what color combo I wanted. My nail technician spent at least 10 minutes showing me different combinations on my nails before I was able to pick what I liked. The end product turned out great! Thank you so much ! This place used to be great before the owner sold and the new owner expanded into the next door unit. I've been a handful of times since new management but unfortunately they rush through the services. The past few times I've been, my $35 deluxe pedicure took them 30 minutes from start to finish. The polish was slapped on there and looked deformed. I've now re-painted my toes at home after two pedicures from this place. It's rather unfortunate bc it's convenient, affordable, good polish choices. But at the end of the day, this is a service and they're not servicing well. After 7 years going to this salon, my last time was my last time. Time to find a new salon. read more

I have visited this location 3 times. The first time was a wonderful experience. The 2 ladies did an awesome job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I could tell they didn't 'water' down the gel polish because the manicure lasted the entire 2 weeks. I went there about 2 weeks ago and they were slammed. I requested the 2 ladies from the first time and the guy in the front insisted that they couldn't do my nails because they were busy. I told him I'll wait I had a little time to kill. But he just insisted that the lady couldn't do my gel polish at all. So I told him I'll just get me toes done. I waited for an hour just to get me toes done and some how the magically all of sudden is available. I just left toes done only. I went back yesterday now the lady is gone out of town and the guy in the front insists that the other lady is verrrrry busy and she can't get to me. I told him, I'll wait, it's busy, I understand. So I sat with someone else to do my gel nails and they expected me to pick my color as soon as I sat down. So the guy in the front (who kept 'telling' me everyone is 'busy') came significantly close to my face rushing me to pick a color. And when I leaned waaay back I guess he didn't get the message to go away. Anyways the guy who was do my nails appeared to do a good job until they started chipping the SAME day. Moral of story if you know someone does a good job don't settle for no one else!! read more

So, I've been to 3 other nail salons in PTC and this place was AMAZING. at other places my nails will break so fast, or they're lumpy or not even what I wanted. But here I got exactly what I asked for! The first day there was an issue with the powder and it wasn't drying so when the guy started to drill it it was coming off. I had to go to work so I told them I'd be back the next day since I couldn't stay much longer. Anyways, I came back the next day and they had the colors set aside to make sure I had the right ones, they took the nails off and started from scratch to make sure they were all the same, and they came out beautifully!!! The gentleman was also very kind, and they apologized about how they weren't right the first time (but I wasn't mad, it wasn't their fault that powder wasn't drying haha) anyways...most beautiful nails I've ever gotten!!! Formerly have had a great experience here- however, this time, was charged full price for a very badly done manicure. They redid it multiple times and there are large spots missing of dip polish and the whole surface is bumpy. The "manicure" that I was charged extra for only included cuticle trimming- no hand soak, lotion, etc. I will unfortunately not be returning here. read more

Convenient location and open on Sundays until 6 PM. Prices are average and service comes with a drink. Staff is pretty friendly. There is a big selection of nail color. Thorough pedicure but I would've liked a longer leg massage. My husband got a great leg and foot massage. The wait was not long even though it was pretty steady. They also offer foot reflexology. To many other great places in PTC then to go here. The young man that is in charge has been rude and disrespectful to the employee women on several occasions and to customers. I have mentioned this on customer service cards but nothing has changed. I have one great lady I see which is why I come back but can no longer go here the disrespect is not ok and uncomfortable. They leave you waiting while getting a pedicure, they are in a rush to get the walk-ins taken care of so they will have the ladies rush, and won't do a pedicure and manicure together as to be able to take more customers walking in. When I addressed the young man about this he was rude and of course disrespectful so I walked out and won't be back. I feel bad for the women working here and have seen a huge turn over and completely understand why. read more

Decided to try this nail salon for a pedicure and fill in. Pedicure was nothing special but not awful, towards the end of my pedicure the lady asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done, I told her no thanks- she then went on two more times insisting I need them done. After kindly declining I do not appreciate being badgered to purchase extra services. I then had a younger male for my fill in.. I showed him a picture of the shape I would like he then argued it wouldn't look good etc, we went back and forth and I eventually just gave in because I was tired of arguing with him. When painting my nails he put 4 coats of polish on them, I sat under the dryer for 10 mins, was told my nails were dry. It's now been 3.5 hrs since I left, I just got out of the shower to realize my nail polish is all smudged up because the polish was so thick. So not only did I leave feeing insulted by "you need your eyebrows done", not the nail shape I wanted at all, but I also have polish job that's down right embarrassing looking. read more

WOW I AM IMPRESSED!!!! I've been to many nail shops in my lifetime and I found the diamond out there. I don't have one unpleasant thing to say about this place. They offer you a free drink, everyone speaks English WELL, it's clean, my nails are fantastic not one complaint (thank you Van), my pedicure was awesome clean toes and very good massage. I even picked the lowest pedicure which is a classic because I wanted to see what I got for bare bottom cost and I got something really good so that now makes me excited to get their higher priced pedicures! This place did awesome on my nails. I got acrylics gel nails, and usually I get coffin shaped nails. This is the only place that gave me coffin and not crayon tip nails. The only negative is when I walked in the man up front was annoyed that I didn't have an appointment and was about to turn me down until a lady worker said she will do my nails. read more

This place freacken sucks. Got here at 6 and literally am leaving at 8. How the hell does it take two hours to remove fake nails. Because they took so long I couldn't even get my toe nails done and walked out with my hands undone. This place pissed me off so much. Every time I come they take forever. I thought I'd give it another shot but no way am I ever coming back here. If you have two hours to waste by all means come here. The employees are also rude and they literally will move you from seat to seat and stop helping a client to go and help another one. How rude and unprofessional. This place is horrible. read more
