After my initial post, I Contacted the person who booked my appointment and he apologized. He offered a discount on next services. He was very apologetic and I appreciate that. I walked in (didn't have an appt.) and my wait wasn't long at all, maybe 10 mins. My esthetician, Aidee, was very friendly, talkative (which I didn't mind), and inquisitive (didn't mind this either) b/c I'm pretty sure that is her tactic to make sure you're comfortable and not a weird silence while she's waxing your parts!
