You can't imagine my excitement at a true creperie in the unlikelist of beach towns, Puerto Angel. We ordered the Tahiti crepe and the Paris, nutella with Philadelphia cream cheese. Original flavor combos, great tasting, and nice quality and serving size. It was/still is hard to choose which one we liked better - and this after agonizing on which two to order in the first place! Outside seating only - 5 tables or so, but the tables move fast. Bring your date/new friends here to end the night. Can't miss the place, it surely lured me in after a good day at the beach.

The cafe owner (who only shares the space) proceeded to berate us, curse us out, and had the audacity to tell us that we were being rude. When I politely offered for us to put our drinks away, he said that it didn't matter because we were already being disrespectful (after cursing us out). He then proceeded to horribly yell at the very kind waitress who had taken our order. Come to find out, he only profits if we order his watered down coffee (I would know, I had to force myself to finish his overpriced latte the first time I came here). I've been coming to Puerto Escondido all of my life to visit family and have never had an experience like this in my life. We pride ourselves on being kind and hospitable, so it's unfortunate but unsurprising that a white gentrifier who has come to profit off of Puerto's natural beauty would stray from this norm. It deeply saddens me to see such a beautiful place plagued by disrespectful, entitled leeches like this man. Although I hope he reevaluates the way he treats others, I know his inflated sense of ego won't let him. The best I can do is to warn potential patrons of his shitty coffee and bad attitude. Please support local-owned businesses instead of this bitter white old man.

It took me a good 20 minutes to get here, walking through several dirt paths, bit I did finally find it. The dirt paths are a part of Zipolite, and I would suggest for you to try them out. There are actually quite a few hotels and cafes down this way. I ordered the nuevos Mexicanas which I closed refried beans and rice. The breakfast package also I closed a small coffee and fruit dish, as well as, the everyday tortillas. There was one Server working the entire restaurant and she did the best that she could. The jie is Mexicanas and refried beans were money, however the coffee was somewhat cold. I needed to request that it be reheated. The actual ambiance is what makes this place, set right in the middle of the beach jungle. Just fantastic!
