It took me a good 20 minutes to get here, walking through several dirt paths, bit I did finally find it. The dirt paths are a part of Zipolite, and I would suggest for you to try them out. There are actually quite a few hotels and cafes down this way. I ordered the nuevos Mexicanas which I closed refried beans and rice. The breakfast package also I closed a small coffee and fruit dish, as well as, the everyday tortillas. There was one Server working the entire restaurant and she did the best that she could. The jie is Mexicanas and refried beans were money, however the coffee was somewhat cold. I needed to request that it be reheated. Off the beaten path and well hidden within a small jungle of trees Orale Cafe is the place to be! Organic, fresh and healthy are the key concepts here. The menu is a good mixture of Mexican favorites and American treats. During my visit I had a refreshing orange juice with a bowl of fruits and a healthy organic veggie omelette. Everything on my plate was delicious including the wonderful toasted French bread and the butter. My companion had the tuna bagel and it was delicious the bagel almost as good as in New York. Staff is friendly and the food comes out quickly. The atmosphere is relax and peaceful and really allows you to disconnect from the world and enjoy nature. Definitely worth the drive. read more

Located off the Main Street in a cool shady part of the jungle, it's worth checking out. They have espresso and soy milk and a much more western breakfast menu. Food and service were great and fast, produce is fresh and food is tasty. read more

Wow, what a cool little gem tucked back in the jungle and off the beaten path. Just a small sign on the ground by a dirt path leading up to the restaurant. Soft jazz music was playing, tables were set up around the small area, fast friendly service and a great breakfast! The menu is full of breakfast items, coffee drinks, fresh squeezed juices and bakery. It's only open 8-3 and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Pricing was very reasonable!
