Love this place, the staff is very friendly. It usually does take a little long to get your smoothie but overall I really enjoy this place.

In this time of Covid 19, I am expecting eateries to be cautious. My daughter wanted to get a drink at Juice It Up in La Crescenta. I noticed a man entering without wearing a face mask, so I decided to call in her order for pick up. When I entered 10 minutes later, the man without the mask was gone, but the employee who made my daughter's drink was wearing a mask under his nose. I said to the cashier that he needs to cover his nose, which caused her to laugh. Maybe I am erring on the over cautious, but I won't return to Juice It Up. read more

Horrible experience, I drove from Pasadena to this location. I placed my online order for a large berry bowl and a medium classic smoothie, I go inside the "owner/manager" told me that they don't have large bowls, she also wasn't wearing her mask right. She had her mask below her chin. So I wanted a refund because I don't want someone who doesn't wear a mask correctly to make my smoothies. She told me that she can't give me a refund. I asked why? She told me that only corporate can so I asked for the number for corporate and she slammed the money on the cash register and told me "here's your refund then." read more

The owner was beyond rude and told me he needed to make more profit off my custom juice. He also told me he was going to fire the woman who served me last time, then he forgot my ginger and did not even put on gloves to add it to the already filled to the brim juice that of course ended up spilling all over my car. Why I have waited this long to write a review for this place, I don't know! Whenever I stop by after work, I'm always glad that I did. Everything here is perfect and that's not an exaggeration. All the wonderful things about this Juice It Up! include: Plenty of parking, never waiting in a long line, the sweet angel of a woman who works here, the owner who is always super friendly, a variety of drinks on the menu which are all smooth and 100% tasty! It is simply one of my favorite places to visit when I get a crazy smoothie craving. This location is so convenient and splendid in every way that you can bet a Melon Madness smoothie that I'll continue coming. I'm reading these negative reviews about the employee not wearing a mask and it's appalling how wrong their opinions are. I've been coming here for 4+ years, and whenever I have come in recently, the employees are ALWAYS wearing masks and gloves. These people came in probably the one time the employees were taking a breather or washing their hands and it really irks me because I've had nothing but great service and products from the business. I will definitely be coming here again as I have been, and people really need to stop dropping reviews on here that are based on glancing through the window for half a second. I still love Jamba Juice 100% more, but for the only close by "Jamba Juice" type place...its pretty good! The worker (shes the only one I've ever seen work there), is EXTREMELY Nice! This place is the best! They make the best smoothies (Pina-Coolada and Mango Madness are my favs). The couple who run it are awesome. They let me phone in my order ahead of time so it's ready when I get there. Or they will even run my drink out to the car if I have my 2 little ones with me. Very rude costumer service. I was trying to order a smoothie but wanted to know the prices before I went, I checked online and couldn't find them, so I called and the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I asked the prices on the classic smoothies he said to check online, I told him I did and couldnt find them. This place is absolutely amazing. The owners ( both man and women) are the most sweetest people I've ever met always being super welcoming right when you enter the door and always remembering your order. Have been coming here for over 6 years as far as I can remember. There sizes are more then enough and prices are great. They have a nice variety of pretzels chips oatmeal and what not. Huge selection of smoothies of your choice, raw juice, green teas, yogurt bowls ( I think that's what you cool it) which looks so amazing with granola and fruits topped on it. Place is fresh and clean. Parking is convenient if you park upstairs by 5.2 patio and just take the stairs right down. I recommend this place very much. :) read more

I give it 3.5 stars, out of 5. I ordered a wheatgrass shot, detox juice, and acai bowl. The wheatgrass shot was great. The detox juice was too sweet... it seemed like mostly apple juice, watered down, and not enough greens. The acai bowl tasted great, but I used to work at a place that made an incredible acai bowl, and this one wasn't as good. The person working there was incredibly kind, and speedy. I say, go there for wheatgrass shots, and maybe an acai bowl. read more

I am not impressed with this place. I have ordered their acai bowl which is supposed to come with fresh fruit and every time I get frozen Blueberries and frozen acai paste. No banana or strawberries and just a little granola. Their shakes are standard. read more
