    The Original with Coconut bits
    Luz C.

Came here on a weeknight for a sweet treat and was immediately impressed. The store was very clean and the employees were super helpful and sweet. I ordered The Original and added coconut bits to it. Initially, I was a bit put off by the high price of the juice (almost $10?!) but the quality was well worth it. I could really tell the freshness of the sugarcane juice. Overall, I had a great experience and the customer service was great. I will definitely come back!

HALO HALO with 2 scoops of ube ice cream :)

The image in the window of the Halo Halo sold me. At $10, it came with 2 scoops of ice cream, flan, jellies and I don't recall what else. Overall it was an enjoyable treat on a warm day. My only gripe was the flan! There was only one small cube of flan. It should definitely have more than one small cube. Next visit I'd love to try the pandan flan and coconut jelly in the display case.

    Coffee with Cane and coconut

This is one of my favorite coffee places! They are a king juice place, but they do have coffee. I get a cold coffee mixed with cane and coconut. It has the most perfect sweetness and it's good for you! The staff is always very sweet and helpful with all my questions. It's a cute little café so I recommend you come for a date or just come here and hang out!

Halo Halo: I slightly sad that I didn't love the halo halo. Don't get me wrong, it's decent, but I won't be raring to go back. The Magnolia ice cream was okay. The flan was on the flatter side. The blend of milk and ice was decent, and the additives within halo halo were standard. I think this is why I'm sad, it's all standard and it doesn't pop out. It doesn't give me an excuse to go back. Ambiance: It's a nice shop with a lot of dessert options. Service: I think the person on the register was not having a good day. I don't blame her, I don't want to work on a Saturday either.

Truly incredible vegan little restaurant. Featuring all kinds of warm bowls with veggies and rice and very interesting açai bowls. Very good quality the texture of the açai blended fruit is wonderful and the fruit is delicious. This might be your new vegan happy place.

    Watermelon Cane
    Sofia E.

Watermelon cane juice drink was refreshing. Surprisingly not too sweet, I suppose due to using cane sugar instead of the syrupy sweeteners. It tasted nearly just like a watermelon blended up, which I love, but since it was fairly one dimensional, I'd probably order something else for my next visit. It is also a bit pricey, so definitely more of a rare treat on a hot day type of deal for me. The person working the register was very friendly, didn't get a name but shout out to chill service workers!

Watermelon Cane and Halo-Halo - Average for above average prices (3/5)
    Jason G.

First time here and tried a few things: - Halo Halo (3/5) had good flavors but toppings were light, flan was like one bite. Definitely didnt match the pictures on Yelp from years ago so quality has gone down and you get much less for more money. Not worth $10. Watermelon Cane Juice (3/5) - its good but not great. They charge extra for less ice. Not worth $9.25+ Service friendly. Decor nice. Just average nothing special to justify the high prices.

This place serves a great kumquat sugar cane. I'm from NorCal and we don't have much good sugar cane places. My go to is always kumquat. The restaurant was nice and I believe they are a newer one. The place is clean as well. Restroom is shared with the neighboring business and I got locked out from coming back into the restaurant. Just make sure to have someone with you, have your phone, or knock loud enough for them to open the door for you. I'll be back if I get a chance.

    Ginger Cane Juice Ko Green

Ko Juice in Glendale near the Americana was super convenient, and the staff was really friendly and fast, but the drinks just weren't for me. The juice shop has a minimal grab and go vibe. I got the Ko Green and the Ginger Cane Juice, and both were way too sweet. There's a general whiff of healthy, but all the added sugar completely takes over. If you like super sweet juices, you might enjoy it, but personally, I wouldn't get these again.

A refreshing, tasty drink for the hot summer! Love the variety of flavors of cane juice and other beverage options. The classic and watermelon cane are my fav! Definitely will be back to try more. It seems like it's a family-run business. The gentleman that helped us was so kind and awesome! Guided us through the menu during my first visit. Pricing is a little bit on the higher side but cane juices usually aren't cheap. Indoor and outdoor seatings available. Paid Americana parking or free parking lot entrance right next to in-n-out.

Ube Flan - inside, SO GOOD!
    Alice Y.

Summary: 5 stars for quality and taste. Drinks and desserts are on the pricy side, but I think it's worth it. The employees are also super nice and helpful. The store is small and brightly lit. *** DRINKS ORDERED - Koko Cane ($6.95 16oz regular + $0.50 coconut meat topping). The drink tasted like inhaling a fresh, ripe and sweet coconut. Like Harmless Harvest but better, because the flavor of the coconut shell also whizzes through the straw. While the juice was tasty, I didn't like the crunchy bits of coconut meat. They added texture, but not flavor. My bf disagreed and enjoyed the topping. - Koffee ($6.95 16 oz regular). I got this drink as a substitute for iced coffee, but it seemed lighter in coffee taste than a coffee tonic. It's sweet, so those who like 50% sugar in their boba might want to try asking for less sugar (don't know if they do that here). The cane sugar and coconut water gave the coffee a unique fruity taste. It was good, but I preferred the Koko Cane. DESSERTS ORDERED - Halo Halo ($7.45). According to the website awhile back, the dessert contains fresh sugar cane juice, nata de coco, jackfruit, red bean, coconut meat, ube jam, pandan green jelly, rice crisp, milk, flan, and ube ice cream. There was a poster that said it was topped with palm seeds, so either the seeds or the rice added a crunchy element which I enjoyed. I was disappointed at the lack of cheese ice cream as depicted on the ad, but the ube ice cream and flan were good. I wanted more of the tasty pandan jelly, and I also liked the jack fruit. After the ice melts halfway, you get a liquidy drink. - Buko Dessert ($6). I'm drooling just thinking about it! Slivers of springy young coconut, snappy jelly, and sago pearls mixed in lightly sweetened cream. I couldn't detect the pandan flavor, but the dessert was fresh and delicious. - Ube Bar with Macapuno ($5). I didn't like this one. The bar had a dense cake texture and tasted too much like extract to me. It had a light coconut flavor. - Ube Flan ($5.50). An employee recommended this as his favorite flavor out of the 3 flans, and we could see why. My bf said it was the best flan he's ever had! The silky custard was rich and decadent, yet soft and loosely set. I usually don't like the firmness of flan, but this was like flan and pot de creme had a baby. The flan was great: eggy and caramelly with a gentle ube flavor. We fought over the sugar syrup at the bottom LMAO. The syrup made it sweet, so I preferred having the flan with plain coffee. My only concern was whether the flan was baked in the individual plastic container, but it's probably fine.

Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Walking into a coffee shop should feel welcoming. Instead, most visits feel cold and uncomfortable. There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself. I wanted to support this business, but after many visits and the same experience over and over again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was also my very first time at this location, and I must say it was quite a treat! The coffee shop is conveniently located right across from the Americana, so you can easily street park or park at the mall and walk over. It was busy when I arrived on a Friday afternoon, but there were still tables available both inside had outside. The chairs are not the comfiest, but the shop is still very clean and well maintained! When I approached the counter, I was greeted by the friendly employees who were busy preparing orders. This gave me the opportunity to peruse their unique menu and settle upon a latte to order. My sweet tooth was in effect and I opted for the Tiramisu latte with oat milk and was asked if sweet was ok! I thought it was so cool how you're able to customize the drink as you please and bonus points for no charge for nondairy milk. It was very affordable at $6.85. My latte came out pretty quickly and I marveled at the cocoa powdered topping. It truly tasted like a dessert and was so rich and indulgent yet somehow I didn't feel gross after drinking it. The oat milk was creamy and perfectly frothed and the espresso was well balanced. I had a dance class that night and it gave me just the right amount of energy to make it through the class yet still manage to sleep fine that night! I will definitely return next time I'm in the area as a few other menu items sounded equally enticing and the customer service was so impeccable!

The young lady who helped was nice and explained how pick up works. Appreciate the helpfulness. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating area. There are several tables inside and I notice couple of tables outside. Store was very clean and well maintained. They also had sample cookies by the register for customers to try which was a nice gesture . This coffee shop is located in walking distance from Americana which makes it a great spot to grab coffee after shopping. There is street parking available and Americana/ Glendale Galleria are another option for parking. I will be back to try different coffees , since the menu looks different than other coffee places.

One thing I appreciated immediately was the parking. There is plenty of street parking, a parking structure directly across the street, and additional parking nearby, so getting there was surprisingly easy. As soon as we walked in, the owner, who was sitting near the entrance, warmly welcomed us. We initially started walking toward the cozy booth section in the back, but were told that area is reserved for dinner service and wasn't open... We weren't the only ones confused, as another guest came in shortly after and tried to sit there as well. That left us deciding between a few café tables downstairs, outdoor seating, or the upstairs loft. We first tried upstairs, but there were only a couple of two-top tables available. One was occupied by guests working on laptops, and the seating felt a little close together. The remaining tables were reserved for larger parties, so we ended up heading back downstairs. One of the available booths faced the restroom, which isn't my favorite, but I simply sat on the opposite side and it worked out just fine. Once we got settled, everything improved. Our server was friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. I ordered the French baguette turkey sandwich, while we also tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which both the server and the owner highly recommended. The owner even mentioned it's what he personally eats almost every day, and I can see why, it was delicious. We also ordered fries to share along with two hot lattes: a chai tea latte and a mocha. Both coffee drinks were excellent and easily some of the highlights of our meal. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, making it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy a coffee date. Before dessert, the owner recommended the mini pancakes and the waffles, with ice cream. They both looked great, but I've had similar desserts at several other cafés recently, so I wanted to try something different. I ordered the brownie with ice cream instead, and I'm so glad I did. It was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. One thing the owner emphasized was that they use fresh ingredients without preservatives and focus on quality. After our meal, I believe it. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with care. Our total for two people, including tip, came to about $120. It's a little on the pricier side for a café, but you're also paying for the ambiance, quality ingredients, attentive service, and the overall experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit. My only suggestion would be to make the seating situation a little clearer for first-time guests, since several of us naturally gravitated toward the closed dining section. Other than that, the welcoming hospitality, quality food, excellent coffee, and relaxing atmosphere made this a place I'd happily return to.
