The new management here is incredible! As soon as I walk in they greet me like they're my cousins...the girl working the register is the sweetest human ever!! She's always so helpful and happy. They are so kind and the drinks are sooo good! Whenever I go I usually call ahead of time cause they do tend to get busy but the girl in the front usually will bring my order out to my car. 10/10 on hospitality I will never go to Jamba Juice ever again after experiencing this place. read more

This place is absolutely the best of the best! The drinks are always tremendously delicious and extremely fresh. My wife and I frequent there a few times a week, as everyone in the area should. The Head Juiceologist, Miss Elle, is an absolute delight. Always friendly, always a smile on her face (even under a mask), offers up suggestions to help make your smoothie more align with your tastes to help give you the best smoothie experience around. Can't say enough good things about this Juice It Up and the people in it. Its a chain, with a neighborhood feel to it thanx to the owner of the place (sorry I don't know how to spell his name) and his awesome staff. My favorite is the The Greens, which is amazing to start with, but with the suggestion of a slice of lemon added (thank you Miss Elle) it elevates this already legendary cup of green goodness to epic status! Everyone must come here! This new management makes it an A+++++++++. Max and Ellie are incredibly helpful, joyous and kind. I live less than 5 minutes from a juice bar but I come further out here because of the customer service and delicious, fresh choices! I leave with yumminess and a warm heart from Max and Ellie's customer service. Ellie remembers my drinks, she knows my kids, has helped me carry the drinks to my car when I had so much to carry, gives great tweaks and recommendations for my orders, and is all around a great human! Pitaya bowls and acai bowls are excellent here! I love that the toppings are customizable (on the app at least, not sure about in person). The price can be a bit pricey (esp if you get hooked and have it everyday *guilty*) but the portions are just as big! Fruits were fresh and the granola was nice & crunchy. Didnt have a soggy texture that I dread at some places. What's even better is the customer service. I have kids so it's not an easy task hauling them around for my random sweet cravings. When I called and asked if they still offered curbside, I was informed that they don't offer it anymore BUT she will do it for me if I wanted. When I arrived outside, I noticed she was busy so I didn't want to bother her by making her come out of the store but she remembered and brought it out to my car anyways! Consider yourself warned - you WILL get addicted to the smoothies and the customer service at this Juice It Up. And if you haven't visited in a while, and don't know what I'm talking about... you need to stop by again and meet the new management and team. We moved to within walking distance during COVID, and needed to find our go-to juice and smoothie place. (Priorities.) It was... fine, I guess, especially in a pandemic. (Seemed a bit weird, even by COVID standards, when they stopped offering juice since it's in the name.) We kept going mainly because it was too much work to find another place... and I'm so glad we did, because one day Manager Max showed up and EVERYTHING changed. Fresh new decor, juices back on the menu, new food items, and - above all - friendly and professional customer service. Ellie is a smoothie savant. Do you have a signature smoothie? She'll remember you, and your exact order, by the third or fourth time you visit. Off menu orders or substitutions? No problem (a huge relief since our kiddo has severe allergies)... if you're interested, she'll even suggest the best recipe twists you've never thought of. Don't know what you want? You're in great hands and might leave with a new favorite. The place is super clean and very COVID safe. The only downside is the long line. (It's out the door most of the time these days.) Fortunately, there are a few outside tables, and plentiful, free, on-street parking right in front. Order, then crank up the car AC while you wait... or (pro tip) call ahead and they'll get a head start on your order while you're walking or driving to them. (Advanced pro tip - call twice if they don't answer right away... they might not have heard the phone with all four commercial blenders firing at once.) It is a pleasure to be a frequent patron of this Juice It Up! location in La Crescenta. They very pleasant, take pride in their service to their customers, have great prices, and overall great service. I recommend calling in your order; usually takes 10 minutes. If they are busier, it can take 20-30 minutes. I also recommend using the Juice It Up! app, which earns rewards and makes tipping easy (I always do $1 per drink since their prices are so good already!) They never fail to go out of their way to be the best and it shows! Parking is free in the Vons lot behind; up the stairs. read more

My rating is mostly because of the woman who helped me who was really nice to me. I was feeling sick and wanted something to give me a boost, I knew this was near where I worked so I decided to check it out. I got an "immunizer" which to be quite frank, is pretty disgusting. But that's more my own tastes than the product itself. I would be willing to go back and get something more to my tastes from this juice shop and give them another try. My favorite place to go for acai bowls! Located right next to Lady Nails Beauty Spa in the Vons plaza on foothill, the parking is street or the lot if you plan on going to more stores, but the front of the place is open for parking all the time. The owners/workers are so warm and welcoming, and always quick with their service. There's always only one person doing everything, and they are amazing at what they do! I usually order either the Super Fusion Bowl or the Berry Acai Bowl. Both are jam packed with Omega-3 vitamins and healthy ingredients such as Granola, acai, pitaya, and fresh fruits! The bowls are all the same size, pretty medium sized. You get asked if you want honey on top or not, and I prefer not because I'm not a huge fan of honey. They also picture a yellow-ish orange-ish bowl on the menu, unnamed, but if you are interested the worker is able to make it for you and just charge you for the regular price of the rest of the bowls! Detox shots are fantastic! Especially the Wheatgrass and Ginger. They provide healthy options of protein cookies, chips, protein bars, and many pamphlets and brochures all about how healthy their ingredients, such as: Wheatgrass shots or Pitaya in the acai bowls are.
