Usually I'm pretty happy stopping here. Today the app was being especially hard to use so I couldn't order ahead. I couldn't figure out how to use my reward that was going to expire today. They allow only 5 people in at a time (as per the sign posted at the front door). The staff are helpful & friendly, and had my order ready very quickly. I'm forced to give the business a star. If I had the choice they would get ZERO. I went last week and was there before the store opened. Nahuaque was their opener. She saw me standing outside waiting over 10 minutes prior to opening. Once it hit 8 am it looked like she was still getting ready to open so I didn't rush in. I waited to see if she would tell me it's okay to come in. She picked up the door mats, placed them on the ground and walked away from the door not acknowledging me. So I open it asking if I can come in. She simply says yeah and walks behind the counter to take my order. WITHOUT washing her hands after touching the mat. She doesn't greet me. She doesn't ask what she can get for me. Nothing. I order and another person walks in and you can tell he is a regular, she tells him good morning and is kind to him. She's about to start making our drinks and I stop her and ask her to wash her hands. She is clearly upset that I asked her to do so because she rolled her eyes and questioned my concern. I told her touching mats that people have walked all over and NOT cleaning your hands is nasty. She washes her hands and chooses to make his drink before mine although I was there first and she knew I had been waiting outside. She tells him to have a great day and he leaves. She makes my drink and doesn't even tell me it's ready. She puts it on the counter and walks off. I told her she's unprofessional and asked why she didn't make the orders in how they were received. She said his drink is easier to make. I asked her if she saw me waiting outside and that I should have been first. She said yeah and that his drink is easier. I asked when the manager would be there. She said at 9. I called and they weren't there. She told me to call back on Tuesday at 9. I did and the manager wasn't available. I called Thursday asking for the manager and they said they would be in today, Friday at 9. I called and THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. I spoke with the assistant manager and she wouldn't even give me her name or the managers name. She didn't care to hear about my experience and didn't ask me. I asked how to contact corporate and she said she isn't the manager and is unable to help me with that. What is she good for? She only wanted to take my number down and give it to the manager in which I refused. I paid for bad customer service and my drink also sucked. Do better juice it up. Hire competent and considerate people. Not people that don't even care to help wi to customer service issues or that don't provide good customer service. I will not be going back here and I will make sure to let others know not to also. read more
