You pick your base, granola, drizzle, 2 fresh fruits, and any extra toppings. Since it's relatively new, employees are being trained. The employees were patient with me customizing my bowl. I got a 16oz with açaí base, bearies signature granola (which is basic toppings) peanut butter and chocolate (it's $1 extra for more drizzle), strawberry and banana, and no extra toppings. Employees took their time with my order and were quick. The called out my name once it was ready and asked if I wanted a lid and a spoon.
