Today, I notice this new thoughtful addition- a refrigerator filled with a variety of drinks- what a way to show your appreciation and care for your clients! My 13 year old daughter commented that "women just do business so much better! So thoughtful!" And I agree! Melinda exudes calm and gentleness. She helps me relax the moment I step into her room. And more so the moment she starts working on my face. She takes her time and even extends the massages to the neck, shoulders, and hands. Very strange communication today. I have been going to JP Nail for about 8 years. I always just go…read morefor regular pedicures, but hadn't been there for awhile, in fact my toenails were very long and disgusting looking. I had the wife today and her only conversation was telling me when to move my foot from water/ foot rest, etc. I brought my own polish the same the same as always. She didn't even say anything about my overlong nails. She spent maybe 10-15 minutes on me and left me sitting there with my nails to dry. She went to another customer and never looked back at me. After about 30 minutes of sitting, I decided I was just going to get up & leave. The husband had a fit when he saw me trying to get up, he came & assisted me. I still don't know why I was basically ignored after minimal treatment??? I've always paid in cash and left a tip, but this time I was treated like a "piece of furniture ". They do a good job, but as others have mentioned, the customer service/communication is seriously lacking. Not sure if I'll go back!!
