When we first contacted VIP photo booth, I had a long list of questions to fully understand what would be the best option for our wedding. Rodney answered all our questions and gave us a great sense of comfort that everything would run smoothly. Everything went as promised - the photo booth was set up early and our guests absolutely loved it! The staff was professional and helpful whenever anyone needed extra printouts. The open air booth was great, more people were able to squeeze into the photo. The scrapbook was also a very nice touch as we now have something tangible to keep as a memory. I was supposed to get married on 3/21/2020 and had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. We postponed our wedding to 9/12/2020 and iPhotobooth did allow us to postpone our services. But the closer September came, it was still not safe enough for us to have our wedding! I asked on Walker (owner of iPhotobooth) on August 5th for a refund (over a month from the wedding date and within the 2 week cancellation policy)- he called me and after a long conversation... he asked me to just postpone and not receive a refund because this has been a hard time for his family. Him and his wife own iPhotobooth and also have vacation rentals so their businesses were highly distraught financially. Walker also said that if times came where I NEEDED the money then he would find a way to do so. This was only guaranteed by word-of-mouth. Walker is also a pastor and it was my fault for trusting him- because when the time came and I asked for a refund several months later he said no! He is dishonest and even in my current updated contract I am within the cancellation period and he will NOT refund me my money! If you try to contact him (or anyone at the company) then be prepared to wait several days or weeks before a response! In multiple emails, Andee has apologized for the delay and that Walker is out of town! Planning a wedding during COVID is hard enough and iPhotobooth has made this time in our lives even more extremely challenging! If you want a reliable, truthful, accountable, and trustworthy company then do NOT book any services with them!

First of all, when I first heard there was going to be a photo booth set up at the party, I thought it was a bit... well... strange. But then, I don't get out much... I mean, other than going to eat yummy foods. Anyways, it was sooooo much fun, one of the highlights of the party. Not only did everyone get goofy and had lots of laughs, it was a great ice-breaker as well. Now, I am not an expert in photo booths (I mean, this is the first time I've ever even been in a photo booth, let alone at a private party event), but the set up, the service, the props, are all excellent. The person that selected EZ-Photo Booth told me that she had tried so many companies and none of them responded to her in a timely fashion. Some just didn't even call her back when she inquired about their services. She told me the business owner, Jordan, was very friendly and not only provided a quote quickly, but also answered all her questions. She also worked with him extensively to create and select a customized print background appropriate to the event. I can see why she ended up picking EZ because I was one of the group of friends that helped set up the party. Jordan showed up on time and was very easy to work with from the beginning. He set up the photo booth in no time and provided many props for people to use inside the photo booth. The entire duration of the rental time, he and his assistant were there to help, provide instructions and suggestions. If I ever have to hire a photo booth for a party (which I will be much inclined to do so after this pleasant experience), I would definitely go with EZ again.
