He was incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, and helped with details I wouldn't have even thought about. When the weather started looking iffy, I thought I might have to cancel, but Kirk was super flexible, offering advice and reassuring me he could reschedule or refund if needed. Luckily, the sun came out and the party went on as planned. He showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless. The bounce house was so affordable and a huge hit. Every single kid had a blast, and multiple parents asked me for his info because they were so impressed. THANK YOU KIRK! Extremely responsive, organized, professional, and helpful from beginning to end. Kept me in the loop with all of the steps (delivery, set up, pick up) and made payment as easy as possible. Amazing company!! They give a time frame for drop off and pickup did both within the promised time…read moreframe. They also send a text 10-15 minutes before dropping off and picking up to let toy know they are on their way. The driver was friendly and courteous. Ny communication with everyone I talked to was wonderful and I would definitely do orders from them again!! Highly recommend!
