Called customer service multiple times and I just keep getting the same BS "I'm going to let the owner know and get back to you". We are now at 5/29 2 weeks later and I still haven't gotten my refund. And no response from the owner. Would definitely avoid this business. read more

This company is absolutely amazing! We had another vendor cancel on us the day before our event at 4:00 p.m. for our kid's birthday, after some frantic Google-ing I found Cal Jump. They say they're hassle-free and I 100% believe that. The initial call I made which involved a virtual bot taking the intake information which I found reassuring when it responded sometimes same day rentals are possible based on availability. Then there was the incredibly quick follow up by an actual person who was so kind, so empathetic to our problem and was able to help me with no problem, even pointing me to to best way to pay and assuring me that our jumper rental would be no issue. After I signed the contract and paid the deposit I actually ended up having to reach back out to them, which I could do via text which was also amazing, I was able to switch out a banner that was going on the outside of the bounce house without any issues and all I had to do was re-sign the contract. They communicated arrival and pick up times with me the day before. On the day of they also contacted me 30 minutes before drop off and pick up. Two guys set up the whole thing and took it down after the party as well and they were fast and efficient. This company was highly communicative, incredibly easy to work with, super flexible, and every person I spoke with was very kind. Their cost and value were great as well. Very competitive. The kids all had an absolute blast, the equipment was great. Honestly this company with their flexibility and availability really saved us in the 11th hour when we had been burned by another company and to have their level of service was just so fantastic. We wanted a Mickey Mouse themed bounce house but they don't had it, but accommodated our request by providing a big Mickey Mouse banner in front of the bounce house which made it match to our party theme. We had a last minute request to rent one of their inflatable bounce houses with a slide and pool. I worked with Tim who was quick to respond to my questions and held the inflatable until I could confirm that it would fit in our backyard and offered to cancel or reserve a smaller inflatable if need be. We rented the All American Fun Water Combo which appeared to be new and bright and colorful. They arrived on time and set up was quick and professional.
